Magisterial District Judge

-Devin A. Frith, 20, of 14456 Lexington Ave., Harmonsburg, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Rita Marwood and was bound over to the next term of court on the charge of receiving stolen property. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charge for an incident on Sept. 22 in Springboro. He was released on $10,000 unsecured bond.

-Stacy M. Garrity, 39, of 6516 Thompson Drive, Jamestown, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on four counts of driving under the influence and four summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Nov. 9 in West Shenango Township. She was released on her own recognizance.

-Michael A. Leonhard III, 21, of 3076 E. State Road, Jamestown, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of burglary, criminal conspiracy, criminal trespass, criminal mischief and theft by unlawful taking. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Sept. 22, 2011, in South Shenango Township. He was released on $10,000 unsecured bond.

-Brandon T. Lewis, 20, of Espyville, was traveling north on Route 19 in Vernon Township when his vehicle slid sideways and struck the rear of a vehicle driven by Eli Provost of Meadville at 7:45 a.m. Feb. 18, according to state police. No injuries were reported.
