Magisterial District Judge

-Tia Rae Blanchard, 36, of Titusville, was bound over to the next term of court following a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Amy Nicols on charges of simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct. Titusville Police filed the charges for an incident July 23 in Titusville.

-A Titusville man was arraigned on insurance fraud charges before Magisterial District Judge Amy Nicols on Friday.

Kyle E. Kenyon, 25, faces charges of workmans compensation insurance fraud and theft by deception from June of last year, according to state police.

He was released on his own recognizance and is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on Sept. 10.

Magisterial District Judge

-Randy A. Martin, 51, of 1994 Westford Road, Westford, pleaded guilty before Magisterial District Judge Rita Marwood to a charge of disorderly conduct for an incident Aug. 5 in South Shenango Township. Pennsylvania State Police had filed the charge. Other charges of terroristic threats, simple assault and harassment were withdrawn by police in exchange for the guilty plea. Martin was ordered to pay a total of $355.50 in fines and costs.
