Magisterial District Judge

- Daniel A. Young, 48, of Titusville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Amy Nicols and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of driving under the influence and four summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on March 5 in Bloomfield Township. He was released on his own recognizance.

- Timothy W. Murphy, 65, of Titusville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of DUI and three summary charges. Titusville police filed the charges for an incident on Feb. 15. He was released on his own recognizance.

State Police

- A 44-year-old Erie male was accused of harassment for the alleged unauthorized contact of a 46-year-old Saegertown woman in Cussewago Township at 8:10 a.m. March 31, according to state police.

- Pennsylvania State Police reported a case of Internet fraud involving an unknown suspect at an undisclosed location at 4 a.m. April 1. The suspect reportedly obtained a 54-year-old Conneautville man’s bank account information and withdrew more than $600.

- Someone stole 80 galvanized metal fence posts valued at $800 from a Broadford Road, Hayfield Township residence sometime between March 27 and 29.

- Pennsylvania State Police reported a case of criminal mischief involving one or more unknown suspect(s) and two neighboring buildings on Atlantic Road in Atlantic at 1 a.m. April 4. A suspect allegedly drove a vehicle into the side door of Odd Fellow Hall. Police also reported damage to a sign belonging to Atlantic Thrift Store.

- Pennsylvania State Police reported a case of domestic harassment involving a 29-year-old Meadville man and 24-year-old female at a Kennedy Hill Road residence in Union Township at 10:02 p.m. April 5. The male suspect allegedly assaulted the woman following an argument and threw some of her clothing in a bonfire.

- Pennsylvania State Police reported a case of theft by unlawful taking involving an unknown suspect and a 29-year-old Meadville man at a Kennedy Hill Road residence in Union Township between March 22 and April 5. The suspect allegedly removed $1,300 from the residence while the man was not at home.
