Magisterial District Judge

-Adam W. Roche, 33, of 149 East Carlton Road, Carlton, was held for a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Michael Rossi and bound over to the next term of court on two counts of driving under the influence and one summary charge. Cochranton police filed the charges for an incident on Feb. 10. He was released on his own recognizance.

-Michael A. Hodges, 39, of 801 Butler Pike, Mercer, was held for a preliminary hearing and bound over to the next term of court on two counts of DUI and three summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Jan. 12 in Vernon Township. He was placed in the State Correctional Institution at Mercer on $20,000 bond.

Linesville Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Micheal A. Mondo, 53, of 17001 Berkshire Drive, Meadville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Rita Marwood and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of driving under the influence and three summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Feb. 23 in Sadsbury Township. He was released on his own recognizance.

-Aaron M. Braden, 30, of 103 Ontario Street, Edinboro, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Rita Marwood and was bound over to the next term of court on the charge of receiving stolen property. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charge for an incident on Feb. 27 in Conneautville. He was recommitted to Mercer County Jail on $10,000 unsecured bond. His arraignment is scheduled for April 19.

-Brian E. Shade, 48, of 4526 Route 285, Linesville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on three counts of driving under the influence and three summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Feb. 15 in North Shenango Township. He was released on his own recognizance.
