Magisterial District Judge

-Ronald T. Bliss Jr., 34, of East Main St., Galeton, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Michael Rossi and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of simple assault, receiving stolen property, disorderly conduct and three summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on April 16 in Vernon Township. He was released on his own recognizance.

-Chris W. Bish, 37, of 14476 Conneaut Lake Road, Meadville, was held for a preliminary hearing and bound over to the next term of court on charges of simple assault, disorderly conduct and one summary charge. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on April 16 in Vernon Township. He was released on his own recognizance.

-Allen B. Coburn, 49, of 694 Gasteiger Road, Meadville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of driving under the influence. Vernon Township police filed the charges for an incident on March 27. He was released on his own recognizance.

-Brian E. Burch, 29, of 2623 Reash Church Road, Cochranton, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on four counts of manufacture⁄delivery⁄possession with intent to manufacture⁄deliver, two counts of criminal use of a communication device, two counts of intentional possession of a controlled substance and two counts of use⁄possession of drug paraphernalia. Cochranton police filed the charges for an incident on Dec. 13, 2011. He was released from Crawford County jail on $15,000 bond.

-Joseph R. Kent, 39, of 3350 Kane Hill Road, Erie, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of Crawford County Court of Common Pleas on charges of driving under the influence and two summary counts. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident April 20 in Vernon Township. He was released on his own recognizance.

-James H. Trimble, 52, of 8700 Tamarack Drive, Meadville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of DUI and a summary count. State police filed the charges for an incident May 2 in East Fairfield Township. He was released on his own recognizance.
