MEADVILLE — Linesville Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Megan A. Eierman, 23, of 9860 Mentor Road, Chardon, Ohio, waived her right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Rita Marwood and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of driving under the influence and one summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on March 2 in Spring Township. She was released on her own recognizance.

-Raymond J. Ebbert, 23, of 14844 Airport Road, Linesville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of manufacture/delivery/possession of a controlled substance with intent to manufacture/deliver, criminal use of a communication device and use/possession of drug paraphernalia. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Oct. 7 in Conneaut Township. He was placed in Crawford County jail on $10,000 bond.

-Gregory J. Garbinski, 47, of 30 Pepperbush Drive, Clinton, Conn., waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on three counts of driving under the influence and three summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on April 15 in Conneaut Township. He was released on $10,000 unsecured bond.

-Jason D. Cullum, 32, of 9104 Weber Drive, Espyville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of driving under the influence and one summary charge. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Feb. 21 in North Shenango Township. He was released on his own recognizance.



Titusville Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Phillip J. Wagner, 52, of Titusville, was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Amy Nicols and bound over to the next term of court on the charges of criminal trespass and one summary charge. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Dec. 11 in Sparta Township. He was released on $10,000 bond.

-Nicholas A. Green, 30, of Titusville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of simple assault, recklessly endangering another person and one summary charge. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Jan. 28 in Oil Creek Township. He was released on $15,000 bond.

-Travis A. Wright, 22, of Guys Mills, was held for a preliminary hearing and bound over to the next term of court on the charge of theft by unlawful taking. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charge for an incident on Feb. 1 in Bloomfield Township. He was released on his own recognizance.



Vernon Township Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Nicole, E. Walters, 28, of 30 Lamberton St., Franklin, waived her right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Michael Rossi and was bound over to the next term of court on the charge of retail theft. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charge for an incident on March 9 in Vernon Township. She was placed in Crawford County jail on $15,000 bond.

-Travis J. Holsopple, 35, of 7706 Maillard Road, Cochranton, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on the charge of retail theft. Vernon Township police filed the charges for an incident on Feb. 14. He was released on his own recognizance.

-Jodi L. Davis, 40, of 21108 Blooming Valley Road, Meadville, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of driving under the influence and one summary charge. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Feb. 14 in Vernon Township. She was released on her own recognizance.



Crashes

State Police

-Jennifer A. Wagner, 28, of Meadville was traveling east on Centerville Road at 8:30 p.m. on March 21 when she attempted to negotiate a left turn at an excessive rate of speed, according to police, crossed into the westbound lane, struck a ditch, rolled over and came to a rest on its roof. Wagner, a passenger, Ashley J. Gilligan, 26, of Warren and three youth passengers were properly restrained and were not injured.



Crimes

State Police

-Pennsylvania State Police reported criminal mischief and theft on Thomas Street in Cambridge Springs between 9 a.m. March 19 and 6 p.m. March 21. A male suspect reportedly damaged a vehicle and stole multiple items from inside. Anyone with information is asked to call state police, Meadville barracks at 332-6911.

-A residence along Ralston Road, South Shenango Township, was reportedly broken into and vandalized sometime between Nov. 1, 2013 and March 23. Various items were removed from the location.

-Several items were reportedly taken from a Gehrton Road, Summit Township residence between March 26 and 28.
