Magisterial District Judge

-Timothy J. Hines, 46, of Centerville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Amy Nicols and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of driving under the influence and five summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Aug. 3 in Bloomfield Township. He was released on his own recognizance.

-John W. Crispin, 24, of Titusville, was held for a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of receiving stolen property, criminal conspiracy and two counts of theft by deception. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on March 1 in Oil Creek Township. He was released on $25,000 unsecured bond.

-Jamie A. Kinnear, 37, of Titusville, was held for a preliminary hearing and bound over to the next term of court on the charge of use/possession of drug paraphernalia. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charge for an incident on April 6 in Hydetown. He was released on his own recognizance.



Crashes

State Police

-Daniel L. Lenkner, 27, of Greenville, was traveling south on Leach Road in East Fallowfield Township when he lost control of his vehicle on poor road conditions at 3 p.m. Dec. 16, according to state police. The vehicle reportedly left the roadway and impacted a ditch, then flipped onto its roof. No injuries were reported.

-Dakota M. Long, 18, of Saegertown, was traveling east on Erie Street in Saegertown when he lost control of his vehicle on a snow-covered road at 7:15 a.m. Dec. 17, according to state police. The vehicle reportedly left the roadway and struck a utility pole. No injuries were reported. Leonard’s Towing assisted on scene.

-Patricia S. Thompson, 24, of Cochranton, was traveling east on Route 322 in East Fairfield Township when she failed to stop for a vehicle turning in front of her at 4:45 p.m. Dec. 16, according to state police. Her vehicle reportedly struck driver Eric Wright of Cochranton, which caused his vehicle to impact driver Stephen Kalinowski of Cochranton. No injuries were reported. Cochranton VFD assisted on scene.

State Police

-Pennsylvania State Police reported a theft on West Central Avenue in Oil Creek Township between 2:30 p.m. Dec. 3 and 2:30 p.m. Dec. 4. One or more unknown suspects reportedly stole a Nintendo 3DS, six games and a carrying case from a residence. The investigation continues.

-Pennsylvania State Police reported a theft on Mystic Park Road in Oil Creek Township between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Dec. 12. A male suspect reportedly stole a safe containing medication and approximately $2,200 in cash. The investigation continues.
