MEADVILLE — Linesville Area

Magisterial District Judge

- Cody A. Ul, 23, of 2791 Philadelphia Road, Springboro, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Rita Marwood and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of driving under the influence and six summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Sept. 26 in Spring Township. He was released on his own recognizance. His arraignment is scheduled for Nov. 2.

Meadville Area

Magisterial District Judge

- Phyllis J. Devore, 50, of 1120 Market St., Meadville, waived her right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge William Chisholm and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of driving under the influence and one summary charge. Meadville Police filed the charges for an incident on Aug. 20. She was released on her own recognizance.

- San Antonio Hawkins, 27, of 1179 South Cottage St., Meadville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of manufacture, delivery or possession of a controlled substance with intent to manufacture or deliver and criminal use of communication facility. Meadville Police filed the charges for an incident on Jan. 13. He was released on his own recognizance.

Saegertown Area

Magisterial District Judge

- Robert J. Crowe, 32, of Cambridge Springs, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Lincoln Zilhaver and was bound over to the next  term of court on charges of possession of marijuana and use/possession of drug paraphernalia. Cambridge Springs Police filed the charges for an incident on May 4, 2011. He was released on his own recognizance.

- A 36-year-old Centerville man’s unlocked residence was robbed of $3,175 worth of electronics and medication at approximately 7:15 p.m. Sept. 30, according to State Police. No further information was provided.

- A 36-year-old Meadville man’s vehicle was damaged by unknown suspects at 10:30 p.m. Sept. 29 in Sadsbury Township. Suspects used a key to scratch a vulgar phrase in the driver’s side front door and cut the front left tire, according to State Police. The investigation continues. Anyone with information is asked to call State Police in Meadville at (814) 332-6911.
