Magisterial District Judge

-Jeffrey M. Nolan, 52, of Cambridge Springs, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Lincoln Zilhaver and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of manufacture/delivery/possession of a controlled substance with intent to manufacture/deliver, possession of marijuana and use/possession of drug paraphernalia. Cambridge Springs police filed the charges for an incident on April 24. His bond is set at $10,000 unsecured.

-Zachery E. Morris, 18, of Waterford, was held for a preliminary hearing and bound over to the next term of court on charges of criminal conspiracy, possession of marijuana and use/possession of drug paraphernalia. Cambridge Springs police filed the charges for an incident on April 4. His bond is set at $20,000 unsecured.

-Daniel W. Heidler, 28, of Corry, was held for a preliminary hearing and bound over to the next term of court on charges of criminal conspiracy, possession of marijuana and use/possession of drug paraphernalia. Cambridge Springs police filed the charges for an incident on April 4. His bond is set at $20,000 unsecured.



Titusville Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Joseph P. Pratt, 25, address not listed, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Amy Nicols and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of retail theft, criminal mischief and receiving stolen property. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Jan. 6 in Oil Creek Township. He was placed in Crawford County jail on $5,000 bond. Pratt also waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of receiving stolen property and retail theft. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Jan. 15 in Oil Creek Township. He was placed in Crawford County jail on $5,000 bond.



Meadville Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Joseph E. Labonowski, 34, address not listed, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge William Chisholm and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of burglary, criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property. Meadville police filed the charges for an incident on July 2. He was placed in Crawford County jail on $30,000 bond. Labonowski also waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on the charge of defiant trespass. Meadville police filed the charge for an incident on July 17. He was placed in Crawford County jail on $10,000 bond.

-Sean E. Artice, 27, of 11243 Suzanne Drive, Meadville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of resisting arrest and two summary charges. Meadville police filed the charges for an incident on July 9. He was released from Crawford County jail on $5,000 bond.

-Brandy L. Lonyo, 25, of 19739 Forest Green Drive, Meadville, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on the charge of retail theft. Meadville police filed the charge for an incident on June 20. She was released on her own recognizance.



Crashes

State Police

-Christopher H. Lippert, 37, of Cochranton, was traveling north on Route 173 in Randolph Township during wet, foggy conditions when he failed to stop at a stop sign and struck a ditch off the north side of Route 27 at 6:30 a.m. Aug. 9, according to state police. No injuries were reported.

-A vehicle operated by an unknown driver left the roadway for unknown reasons while traveling north on Blooming Valley Road in East Mead Township at 12:01 a.m. Aug. 4, according to state police. The vehicle reportedly struck a utility pole, causing it to break. Witness reports state the vehicle was moved to a parking lot at the intersection of Blooming Valley Road and North Wayland Road until it was removed later by a flatbed tow truck. The vehicle was described as a white Chevrolet Blazer, possibly year 2000. Anyone with information is asked to contact State Police at (814) 332-6911.

-Debra P. McClellan, 57, of Titusville, was traveling west on Demseytown Greshern Road in Oil Creek Township when she lost control of her vehicle and it the roadway at 7:50 p.m. Aug. 4, according to state police. The vehicle reportedly struck a pile of rocks and a mailbox before striking a culvert and flipping the vehicle. The vehicle came to rest on its roof, police said. She was transported to Titusville Hospital for minor injuries. DUI charges pending.

-Philip G. Gordon, 61, of Meadville, was traveling east on Conneaut Lake Road in Vernon Township when his vehicle struck a vehicle operated by James Andrews of Hartstown who was stopped at a red light at 6:50 a.m. Aug. 5.
