Magisterial District Judge

-Kenneth E. Kern, 25, of 864 Washington St., Meadville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Michael Rossi and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of retail theft, theft by unlawful taking, theft by deception and receiving stolen property. Vernon Township police filed the charges for an incident on June 3, 2012. His bond is set at $50,000.

-Bruce Hall, 60, of 11157 Lawrence Loop, Meadville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of theft by unlawful taking, theft by deception, insurance fraud, securing execution of documents by deception and theft by failure to make required disposition of funds received. Vernon Township police filed the charges for an incident on May 23. He was released on $40,000 bond.

-Dyquain L. Rogers, 19, of 2506 German St., Erie, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on the charge of retail theft. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charge for an incident on May 12 in Vernon Township. He was released on his own recognizance.

-Diane L. Binning, 61, of 11791⁄2 Cottage St., Meadville, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on the charge of retail theft. Vernon Township police filed the charge for an incident on July 3. She was released on her own recognizance.

-Christopher A. Roseberry, 29, of 6543 McCracken Road, Cochranton, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on the charge of defiant trespass. Vernon Township police filed the charge for an incident on April 5. His bond is set at $10,000 unsecured.

-A Conneaut Lake man allegedly punched a Pittsburgh man in the face at Pumphouse Station 45 in West Fallowfield Township at 10:26 p.m. July 27.

-A Titusville woman allegedly assaulted a Titusville woman at a home on Route 27 in Oil Creek Township at 5:55 p.m. July 26.
