Magisterial District Judge

-Albert S. Boyd, 38, of 2003 Wayne Street, Erie, was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Rita Marwood and bound over to the next term of court on four counts of manufacture/deliver/possession of a controlled substance with intent to manufacture/deliver, four counts of intentional possession of a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication device and criminal conspiracy. The Attorney General’s office filed the charges for an incident on June 16, 2010, in Meadville. He was placed in Crawford County jail on $50,000 bond. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 23.

-Jean E. Shoop, 52, of 431 Main Street, Saegertown, was arraigned and bound over to the next term of court on charges of manufacture/delivery/possession of a controlled substance with intent to manufacture/deliver, intentional possession of a controlled substance and criminal use of a communication device. The Attorney General’s office filed the charges for an incident on March 15, 2012, in Saegertown. Her bond is set at $25,000 unsecured. Her preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 23.

-William L. Newsome, 65, of 390 Chestnut Street, Meadville, was arraigned and bound over to the next term of court on five counts of manufacture/delivery/possession of a controlled substance with intent to manufacture/deliver, five counts of intentional possession of a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication device and criminal conspiracy. The Attorney General’s office filed the charges for an incident on May 24, 2010, in Meadville. He was placed in Crawford County jail on $50,000 bond. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 23.

 -Brenda J. Boyd, 64, of 1201 South Main Street, Meadville, was arraigned and bound over to the next term of court on eight counts of manufacture/delivery/possession of a controlled substance with intent to manufacture/deliver, eight counts of intentional possession of a controlled substance, criminal conspiracy and criminal use of a communication device. The Attorney General’s office filed the charges for an incident on Nov. 23, 2010, in Meadville. She was placed in Crawford County jail on $25,000 bond. Her preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 23.

-Vincent E. Holmes, 29, of 654 East 26th Street, Erie, was arraigned and bound over to the next term of court on three counts of manufacture/delivery/possession of a controlled substance with intent to manufacture/deliver, two counts of intentional possession of a controlled substance, criminal conspiracy and criminal use of a communication device. The Attorney General’s office filed the charges for an incident on Oct. 11, 2012 in Erie. He was placed in Crawford County jail on $150,000 bond. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 23.

-Curas Newsome, 56, of 2003 Wayne Street, Erie, was arraigned and bound over to the next term of court on charges of corrupt organizations, conspiracy to violate 911b1, 911b2, 911b3, 20 counts of manufacture/delivery/possession of a controlled substance with intent to manufacture/deliver and 20 counts of intentional possession of a controlled substance. The Attorney General’s office filed the charges for an incident on Oct. 22, 2010, in Meadville. Her bond is set at $100,000 unsecured. Her preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 23.

n Nicholas L. Lybarger, 32, no address listed, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of fleeing or attempting to elude an officer, unauthorized use of a vehicle and eight summary charges. Linesville police filed the charges for an incident on March 7. He was placed in Crawford County jail on $5,000 bond.

-Vernard W. Mayo, 44, of 354 Pine Street, Meadville, was arraigned and bound over to the next term of court on seven counts of manufacture/delivery/possession of a controlled substance with intent to manufacture/deliver, seven counts of intentional possession of a controlled substance and criminal use of a communication device. The Attorney General’s office filed the charges for an incident on Sept. 15, 2010, in Meadville. His bond is set at $50,000 unsecured. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 23.

-Danica C. Rowan, 23, of 236 East 17th Street, Erie, was arraigned and bound over to the next term of court on charges of manufac-ture/delivery/possession of a controlled substance with intent to manufacture/deliver, intentional possession of a controlled substance and criminal conspiracy. The Attorney General’s office filed the charges for an incident on July 19, 2012, in Erie. Her bond is set at $50,000 unsecured. Her preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 23.
