Magisterial District Judge

-Nora J. Kerstetter, 31, of 13040 Conneaut Lake Road, Conneaut Lake, waived her right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Rita Marwood and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of driving under the influence and three summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Dec. 29 in North Shenango Township. She was released on her own recognizance.

-Raymond C. McCormick, 58, of 219 Logan Drive, Conneautville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of driving under the influence and three summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Jan. 18 in Summerhill Township. He was released on his own recognizance.

-Angela K. Miller, 21, of 1760 Seminole Road, Westford, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of driving under the influence and four summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Jan. 22 in East Fallowfield Township. She was released on her own recognizance.

-Zachary S. Glaspy, 18, of 111 Oak St., Springboro, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of possession of marijuana and use/possession of drug paraphernalia. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Nov. 23 in Spring Township. He was released on his own recognizance.

-Thurman F. Lambert, 54, of 3851 Mohawk Trail, Espyville, was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge William Chisholm for Judge Rita Marwood and bound over to the next term of court on two counts of simple assault and one summary charge. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Feb. 23 in North Shenango Township. He was placed in Crawford County jail on $10,000 bond.

-Milan Bulich Jr., 48, of 3851 Mohawk Trail, Espyville, was arraigned and bound over to the next term of court on charges of terroristic threats, simple assault and one summary charge. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Feb. 23 in North Shenango Township. He was placed in Crawford County jail on $10,000 bond.

-Shane A. Maynard, 27, of 10607 Jerry Lee Drive, Espyville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of criminal conspiracy, corruption of minors, concealment of whereabouts of child, interference with custody of children, furnishing authorities with information without knowledge and disorderly conduct. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Dec. 12 in South Shenango Township. He was released from Crawford County jail on $2,500 bond.

-Mariah K. Turk, 21, of 10607 Jerry Lee Drive, Espyville, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of concealment of whereabouts of child, interference with custody of children, criminal conspiracy, corruption of minors, furnishing authorities with information without knowledge and disorderly conduct. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Dec. 12 in South Shenango Township. She was released from Crawford County jail on $2,500 bond.

-John P. Shaw, 47, of 10976 Harmonsburg Road, Harmonsburg, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on the charge of driving under the influence and two summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Jan. 15 in Summit Township. He was releasd on his own recognizance.
