Magisterial District Judge


-Joshua M. Young, 21, of 419 Cooperstown Road, Cooperstown, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Michael Rossi and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of carrying an unlicensed firearm, possession of marijuana, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and six counts of driving under the influence. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Jan. 12 in Union Township. He was released on his own recognizance.

-Dennis C. Cascio, 61, of 10646 Glen Boulevard, Conneaut Lake, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of DUI and three summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Jan. 25 in Vernon Township. He was released on his own recognizance.

Magisterial District Judge


-Traci M. Hill, 45, of 6902 Coulter St., Hartstown, waived her right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Rita Marwood and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of driving under the influence and three summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Jan. 12 in West Fallowfield Township. She was released on her own recognizance.

-A 16-year-old Sandy Lake female was negotiating a left-hand curve on Five Corners Road in Steuben Township when she lost control of the vehicle at 3:10 p.m. Feb. 15, according to state police. The vehicle reportedly struck an embankment and overturned. No injuries were reported.
