Magisterial District Judge

-Tahj L. Jones, 21, of Meadville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Amy Nicols and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of aggravated assault, unlawful restraint, terroristic threats, simple assault, disorderly conduct and one summary charge. West Mead police filed the charges for an incident on Nov. 8. He was released from Crawford County jail on $5,000 unsecured bond.

-Kathleen J. Gnann, 58, of Columbus, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of driving under the influence and four summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Jan. 4 in Sparta Township. She was released on her own recognizance.

Meadville Area

Magisterial District Judge

-James R. Dillen, 47, address unlisted, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge William Chisholm and was bound over to the next term of court on the charge of failure to comply with sex offender registration requirements. Meadville police filed the charge for an incident on Oct. 1. He was placed in Crawford County jail on $5,000 bond.

-Dennis J. Mayer, 42, of 1055 Liberty St., Meadville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on the charge of simple assault and two summary charges. Meadville police filed the charges for an incident on Dec. 31. He was placed in Crawford County jail on $25,000 bond.

-Defonta L. D. Butler, 20, of 515 Terrace St., Meadville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on the charge of criminal trespass. Meadville police filed the charge for an incident on Jan. 5. He was placed in Crawford County jail on $15,000 bond.

-Corleone C. McNaughton, 22, of 14316 Middle Road, Meadville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of driving under the influence and two summary charges. Meadville police filed the charges for an incident on Dec. 8. He was released on his own recognizance.

-Earl F. Lagrand, 50, 101 Lincoln Ave., Meadville, was held for a preliminary hearing and bound over to the next term of court on the charge of simple assault and two summary charges. Meadville police filed the charges for an incident on Dec. 21. He was placed in Crawford County jail on $40,000 bond.

-Amanda L. Phillips, 34, of 320 Randolph St., Meadville, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on the charge of manufacture/delivery/possession of a controlled substance with intent to manufacture/deliver. Meadville police filed the charge for an incident on Oct. 12. She was released on her own recognizance.
