Magisterial District Judge

-Amanda M. Fox, 33, of 1656 Overlook Drive, Jamestown, waived her right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Rita Marwood and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of driving under the influence and eight summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on June 4 in South Shenango Township. She was released on her own recognizance.

-Nicholas A. Gates, 26, address unlisted, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of aggravated indecent assault, unlawful contact with a minor, two counts of indecent assault and corruption of minors. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on June 1, 2010, in Springboro. He was placed in Crawford County jail on $25,000 bond.

-Joshua L. Hall, 33, of 1009 Burns Ave., Meadville, was held for a preliminary hearing and bound over to the next term of court on two counts of receiving stolen property and two summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on July 28, 2012, in Conneaut Township. He was released on nonmonetary bond.

-Kevin L. Blattner, 30, of 1963 Booth Drive, Linesville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on three counts of driving under the influence and three summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on May 25 in North Shenango Township. He was released on his own recognizance.

-Jesi L. Platz, 20, of 10140 Old State Road, Conneaut Lake, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of driving under the influence and one summary charge. Conneaut Lake police filed the charges for an incident on May 26 in Sadsbury Township. She was released on her own recognizance.
