Magisterial District Judge

-Ryan D. Steadman, 26, of Titusville, was bound over to the next term of court following a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Amy Nicols on two counts of criminal trespass and a summary count. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident April 30 in Rome Township. Steadman remains free on $5,000 bond.

-Shawna K. Carter, 25, of Titusville, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over court on charges of theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and possession of a controlled substance. Titusville Police filed the charges for an incident May 14. Carter was released on her own recognizance.


State Police

-There were no injuries in a hit-and-run crash on Route 18 in Spring Township at 12:30 p.m. Saturday. Jamie L. Coe, 28, of Conneautville, was traveling south on Route 18 when Coe’s auto was struck on its driver’s side mirror by a red, four-door sedan driving north on Route 18. The northbound auto then fled the scene.


State Police

-An 18-year-old Meadville man argued with a 20-year-old Meadville woman outside a Vernon Township home on Vernon Street at 11:40 a.m. Saturday. The man then smashed out the rear passenger side window on the woman’s vehicle.
