MEADVILLE — Meadville Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Cody R. Mowris, 25, of 12721 Reed Ave., Conneaut Lake, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge William Chisholm and was bound over to the next term of court on the charge of criminal mischief. Meadville police filed the charges for an incident on May 18. He was released on his own recognizance.

-Eric J. McIntyre, 34, of 619 Church St., Meadville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on the charge of simple assault and two summary charges. Meadville police filed the charges for an incident on June 22. He was released from Crawford County jail on nonmonetary bond.

-Ryan J. Edwards, 21, of 10886 Pettis Road, Meadville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on three counts of intentional possession of a controlled substance, three counts of manufacture/delivery/possession of a controlled substance with intent to manufacture/deliver, three counts of criminal use of a communication device and theft by unlawful taking. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Jan. 1 in West Mead Township. He was placed in Crawford County jail on $50,000 bond.

Titusville Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Jason M. Feely, 38, of Pleasantville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Amy Nicols and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of theft by deception. Titusville police filed the charges for an incident on Dec. 23, 2013. He was released from Crawford County jail on his own recognizance. He also waived his right to a preliminary hearing for two separate counts of theft by deception for an incident on Dec. 1, 2013.

-Lawrence G. Henderson, 42, of Oil City, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of burglary, criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and possessing instrument of cirme with intent. Titusville police filed the charges for an incident on Jan. 22. He was placed in Crawford County jail on $30,000 bond.

-Kyle A. Bidwell, 25, of Union City, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of driving under the influence and three summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on May 17 in Bloomfield Township. He was released on his own recognizance.
