Magisterial District Judge

-Douglas A. Rowles, 24, of 351 Morrison Drive, Pittsburgh, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Rita Marwood and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of operating a watercraft under the influence and six summary counts. Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission filed the charges for an incident May 24 in Sadsbury Township. He was released on his own recognizance.

-Ashlee L. Braden, 24, and Coral Allen Braden, 38, both of 8023 Fisher Road, Conneautville, each waived their right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to trial on one count each of endangering the welfare of a child. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident Jan. 6 in Spring Township. Each remains free on $5,000 bond.

-Jason A. Samuels, 33, of 16500 State Highway 198, Meadville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of driving under the influence and four summary counts. State police filed the charges for an incident May 3 in Summerhill Township. Samuels was released on his own recognizance.

-Mark C. Hutton, 24, of P.O. Box 139, Conneaut Lake, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of DUI and seven summary counts. Linesville police filed the charges for an incident May 19 in the borough. Hutton was released on his own recognizance.

-Steven M. McClimans, 23, of 231 Park Place, Conneaut, Ohio, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of burglary, criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property. State police filed the charges for an incident Jan. 26 in North Shenango Township. He was released on $25,000 unsecured bond.

Meadville Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Jeffrey C. Curnutt, 46, of 1227 Lamont Drive, Meadville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge William Chisholm and was bound over to the next term of court on a charge of simple assault and a summary count. West Mead Township police filed the charges for an incident April 7. He was released on his own recognizance.

-Matthew L. Vittorio, 31, of 1034 Liberty St., Meadville, was arraigned on two counts each of aggravated assault and simple assault and one count of criminal mischief. Meadville police filed the charges for an incident June 18. Vittorio was placed in the Crawford County jail in lieu of $100,000 bond. A preliminary hearing is scheduled July 7.

-Jeremy A. Rushmore, 30, whose address was listed as in care of T. Pern, 15787 S. Mosiertown Road, Meadville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on a charge of simple assault, defiant trespassing and a summary count. Meadville police filed the charges for an incident May 3. A charge of burglary was withdrawn by police. He was released on $2,500 bond.
