Magisterial District Judge

-Delorse Burnett, 56, and Marvin Burnett Jr., 46, both of 622 Cutler St., Apt. 1, Meadville, each waived the right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge William Chisholm and was bound over to the next term of court on a count of welfare fraud. Pennsylvania Office of Inspector General filed the charges for an incident July 31, 2012, and dates prior. Both were released on their own recognizance.

Crimes

State Police

-Cody M. McClintock, 21, of Titusville, Rita M. McClintock, 42, of Titusville, and Troy M. Leseney, 23, of Titusville, were accused of harassment and disorderly conduct for an alleged verbal altercation on Hydetown Road in Oil Creek Township at 10:24 p.m. July 21.

-Nicholas A. Green, 29, of Titusville, was accused of harassment for an alleged domestic altercation on Hydetown Road in Titusville at 2:35 a.m. July 22, according to state police.

-Pennsylvania State Police reported a case of harassment on Lakeview Road in Bloomfield Township at 7 p.m. July 21. An unknown woman, described by police as having long brown hair, struck a 13-year-old male repeatedly for accidentally hitting her child with a rock, police said. The 13-year-old reportedly suffered minor injuries while the child was uninjured. The woman and child fled the scene south on Lakeview Road in a red, four-door Chevrolet car, police said. -Pennsylvania State Police reported a case of criminal mischief on Jay Road in Troy Township between 12:01 and 7 a.m. July 21. One or more unknown suspects reportedly damaged the ignition on a Townville man’s motorcycle using an unknown object or tool. The suspects pushed over the motorcycle, causing additional damage, and fled the scene undetected, police said. No estimated damage costs were reported.
