Magisterial District Judge

-Shawnee M. Frost, 18, of 18513 Birch Drive, Saegertown, was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge William Chisholm and bound over to the next term of court on charges of aggravated assault, simple assault and one summary charge. Meadville police filed the charges for an incident on Jan. 13. She was released on nonmonetary bond with conditions.

Titusville Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Roger L. Keyes, 52, of Titusville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Amy Nicols and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of driving under the influence and four summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Dec. 19 in Sparta Township. He was released on his own recognizance.
