Magisterial District Judge

-Rodger C. Moore, 62, of 696 Park Ave., Meadville, was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge William Chisholm and bound over to the next term of court on charges of burglary, criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property. Meadville police filed the charges for an incident on March 14. He was placed in Crawford County jail on $2,500 bond.

Linesville Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Timothy T. Watterson, 30, of 12492 Comstock St., Conneaut Lake, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Rita Marwood and was bound over to the next term of court on the charge of use/possession of drug paraphernalia. Linesville police filed the charge for an incident on Dec. 21, 2013. He was released on his own recognizance.

-Lauralia R. Schaukowitsch, 35, of 88 2nd Ave., Albion, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of driving under the influence and three summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on March 5 in Summerhill Township. She was released on her own recognizance.

-Charles L. Elliott, 29, of 9186 Route 6, Conneaut Lake, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on three counts of driving under the influence and two summary charges. Conneaut Lake police filed the charges for an incident on April 12 in Sadsbury Township. He was released on his own recognizance.

-Jason J. Bonanno, 35, of 216 Chestnut St., Conneaut, Ohio, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of driving under the influence and three summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on April 13 in Spring Township. He was released on his own recognizance.

-Perry E. Pittsenbarger, 54, of 11279 Pachuk Road, Conneautville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of driving under the influence and two summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Feb. 19 in Summit Township. He was released on his own recognizance.
