Magisterial District Judge

- Michael A. Goodman Jr., 20, of Philadelphia, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Amy Nicols and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of possession of marijuana and use/possession of drug paraphernalia. University of Pittsburgh at Titusville  police filed the charges for an incident on Feb. 2. He was released on his own recognizance.

- Sadeen R. Miller, 18, of Titusville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of possession of marijuana and use/possession of drug paraphernalia. University of Pittsburgh at Titusville police filed the charges for an incident on Feb. 2. He was released on his own recognizance.

- Edward J. Bedow Jr., 40, of Grand Valley, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of simple assault, defiant trespass and two summary charges. Titusville police filed the charges for an incident on Nov. 22, 2012. He was released on his own recognizance.

Linesville Area

Magisterial District Judge

- Tosha L. Nelson, 31, of 18313 Cussewago Road, Meadville, waived her right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Rita Marwood and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of driving under the influence. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on March 3 in Conneaut Lake. She was released on her own recognizance.

- Michael T. Quail Jr., 32, of 13026 Harmonsburg Road, Linesville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of DUI and one summary charge. Conneaut Lake police filed the charges for an incident on Feb. 16. He was released on his own recognizance.

- Rebel Dean C. Mead, 20, of 1343 Route 6, Linesville, was held for a preliminary hearing and bound over to the next term of court on two counts of criminal attempt. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Jan. 18 in West Fallowfield Township. His bond was set at $25,000 unsecured.
