Magisterial District Judge

- Jesse M. Duke, age unlisted, of Cambridge Springs, was held for a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Lincoln Zilhaver and bound over to the next term of court on charges of theft by failure to make required disposition of funds received and false reports. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Sept. 8 in Rockdale Township. He was released on his own recognizance.

- Thomas J. King, 24, of Cambridge Springs, was held for a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Lincoln Zilhaver and bound over to the next term of court on two counts of driving under the influence and four summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Sept. 6 in Venango. He was released on his own recognizance.

- Ian R. Dunton, 30, of Springboro, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of driving under the influence and three summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Sept. 2 in Saegertown. He was released on his own recognizance.

Linesville Area

Magisterial District Judge

- Deanna N. Geer, 23, of 10967 Brittany Lane, Harmonsburg, waived her right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Rita Marwood and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of aggravated assault, simple assault and endangering the welfare of children. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Sept. 7 in North Shenango Township. She was released from Crawford County jail on $25,000 bond.

- Carrie A. Gonzalez, 25, of 160 South Fifth St., Conneaut Lake, was held for a preliminary hearing and bound over to the next term of court on two counts of driving under the influence, endangering the welfare of children and five summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Sept. 13 in Conneaut Lake. She was released on her own recognizance.

- Robert E. Shreffler III, 29, of 7392 Jefferson St., Hartstown, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of driving under the influence and one summary charge. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Aug. 11 in West Fallowfield Township. He was released on his own recognizance.

- Gordon F. Whitesmith, 73, of 12258 Lakeside Drive, Conneaut Lake, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of driving under the influence and one summary charge. Linesville police filed the charges for an incident on Sept. 29. He was released on his own recognizance.
