Magisterial District Judge

-Elizabeth S. McCurdy, 25, of 4 Chambers Avenue, Greenville, waived her right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Rita Marwood and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of driving under the influence and one summary charge. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Jan. 6 in Summit Township. She was released on her own recognizance. Her arraignment is scheduled for Feb. 22.

-Rebel Dean Chance Mead, 20, of 1343 Highway 6, Linesville, was held for a preliminary hearing and bound over to the next term of court on charges of terroristic threats, simple assault and one summary charge. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Dec. 31 in Conneaut Township. She was released from Crawford County Prison on $5,000 bail with conditions. Her arraignment is scheduled for Feb. 22.

-Miles T.R. Jordan, 25, 7561⁄2 Garden St., Meadville, was held for a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Rita Marwood and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of simple assault and resisting arrest. Conneaut Lake police filed the charges for an incident Dec. 18, 2012. He was released from the Crawford County jail. His bond is set at $25,000 unsecured with conditions. His arraignment is scheduled for Feb. 22.

-Christopher M. Shaffer, 23, 1007 Washington St., Conneautville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on three counts of criminal trespass and theft by unlawful taking. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on July 10, 2011. His bond is set at $25,000 unsecured. His arraignment is scheduled for Feb. 22.

-Heidi J. Wermlinger, 40, 215 Kearny St., Meadville, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of driving under the influence and one summary charge. Conneaut Lake police filed the charges for an incident on Dec. 23, 2012, in Sadsbury Township. She was released on her own recognizance. Her arraignment is scheduled for Feb. 22.



Vernon Township Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Ross A. Peterson, 20, of 3339 Bailey Road, Cochranton, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Michael Rossi and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of forgery, bad checks and theft by deception. Cochranton police filed the charges for an incident on Oct. 10, 2012. He was released on his own recognizance.

-Michael D. Yoder, 60, 57 Lower Road, Cochranton, was held for a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on the charge of driving under the influence and four summary charges. Cochranton police filed the charges for an incident on Dec. 31, 2012. He was released on his own recognizance.

-Brian L. Seidel, 32, 21252 Stein Hill Road, Cochranton, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of possession of marijuana, use⁄possession of drug paraphernalia and two summary charges. Vernon Township police filed the charges for an incident on Sept. 7, 2012. He was released on his own recognizance.
