Magisterial District Judge

-Bradley J. Duignan, 25, of 27125 Yucha Road, Cambridge Springs, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Rita Marwood and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of driving under the influence and four summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Aug. 17 in South Shenango Township. He was released on his own recognizance.

-Michael C. Morgan, 21, of 11360 Kirilla Drive, Conneaut Lake, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of driving under the influence and one summary charge. Conneaut Lake police filed the charges for an incident on Oct. 12 in Sadsbury Township. He was released on his own recognizance.

Crimes

State Police

-Pennsylvania State Police reported a case of harassment on Church Road in Greenwood Township at unknown times between Nov. 6 and 13. One or more unknown suspects reportedly placed freshly-killed animals on a resident’s front porch on four different occasions.

-Pennsylvania State Police reported a burglary at Country Royals C.B. Association Grounds in Rome Township between 2 p.m. Nov. 7 and 9 a.m. Nov. 11. One or more unknown suspects reportedly entered a locked building and removed three Stihl chainsaws, valued at approximately $600, before fleeing the scene. Anyone with information is asked to call state police, Corry barracks at (814) 663-2043.

Crashes

State Police

-Jeffrey S. Johnson, 25, of Guys Mills, was traveling east on Reservoir Road in Hayfield Township when he lost control of his vehicle on a closed section of roadway at 7:30 a.m. Nov. 13, according to state police. The vehicle reportedly rolled onto its roof. No injuries were reported.

-Kristi K. Heilman, 47, of Cambridge Springs, was traveling north on Route 86 in Cambridge Township when she lost control of her vehicle at 9:55 a.m. Nov. 13, according to state police. The vehicle reportedly left the roadway. She suffered minor injuries and was taken to Meadville Medical Center, police said. Cambridge VFD and volunteer ambulance service assisted on scene.

-Steven A. Lobdell, 33, of Erie, was traveling south on Route 8 in Bloomfield Township when his vehicle struck a deer that ran into the roadway at 6:25 a.m. Nov. 13, according to state police. No injuries were reported.
