MEADVILLE — Meadville Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Christopher R. Luzier, 29, of 1212 South Morgan St., Meadville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge William Chisholm and was bound over to the next term of court on endangering the welfare of children, two counts of simple assault and one summary charge. West Mead Township police filed the charges for an incident on June 4. He was released on his own recognizance.

-Bryan Jones, 24, of 723 Terrace St., Meadville, was held for a preliminary hearing and bound over to the next term of court on charges of terroristic threats, false imprisonment, simple assault and one summary charge. West Mead Township police filed the charges for an incident on July 1. He was placed in Crawford County jail on $125,000 bond.

Titusville Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Michael L. Allen, 30, of Titusville, was held for a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Amy Nicols and bound over to the next term of court on two counts of driving under the influence and four summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on April 7 in Sparta Township. He was released on his own recognizance.

-Amanda S. Kinney, 33, of Titusville, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of DUI. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Aug. 1 in Rome Township. She was released on her own recognizance.

-John E. Renninger, 51, of Titusville, pleaded guilty to two counts of driving under the influence and one summary charge. Titusville police filed the charges for an incident on July 17. He was released on his own recognizance.

Linesville Area

Magisterial District Judge

-James M. Gilchrist Sr., 57, of 19968 Greer Road, Saegertown, was held for a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Rita Marwood and bound over to the next term of court on three counts of driving under the influence and five summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on July 21 in Spring Township. He was released on his own recognizance.

-Mark A. Koehne, 32, of 1590 Park Drive, Jamestown, was held for a preliminary hearing and bound over to the next term of court on two counts of DUI, reckless endangerment and two summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on July 4 in West Fallowfield Township. He was released on his own recognizance.

-Craig S. Dunnewold, 47, of 11817 Iroquois Drive, Conneaut Lake, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of DUI and one summary charge. Conneaut Lake police filed the charges for an incident on Aug. 4 in Sadsbury Township. He was released on his own recognizance.
