Magisterial District Judge

-Marvin M. Burnett, 21, of Meadville, was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge William Chisholm and bound over to the next term of court on charges of burglary, criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property. Meadville police filed the charges for an incident on July 29. He was placed in Crawford County jail on $10,000 bond.

-Tyler J. Lynch, 19, of 158 Glenwood Ave., Meadville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property. Meadville police filed the charges for an incident on July 17. He was released on his own recognizance.



Linesville Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Casey J. Nader, 22, of 2373 Lake Road, Cochranton, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Rita Marwood and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of driving under the influence and four summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on July 24 in East Fallowfield Township. He was released on his own recognizance.

-Michelle Y. Slover, 48, of 122 Boundary St., Brockton, Mass., waived her right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of false identification to law enforcement, two counts of DUI and six summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on July 30 in Conneaut Lake. She was released from Crawford County jail on $5,000 bond.

-Tiffany M. Arnold, 29, of 13028 Robinson Road, Conneautville, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of forgery and acquiring or obtaining possession of a controlled substance. The Attorney General’s office filed the charges for an incident on June 27 in Conneaut Lake. Her bond is set at $5,000 unsecured.

-John C. Bosnjak Jr., 61, of 12872 Penn Ave., Conneaut Lake, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of unsworn falsification to authorities, insurance fraud, two counts of false reports and two summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on June 30 in Summit Township. His bond is set at $5,000 unsecured.

-Kenneth Venmar, 55, of 102 Barracks Road, Butler, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of incapable of safely operating watercraft after imbibing alcohol and three summary charges. The Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission filed the charges for an incident on July 6 in Summit Township. He was released on his own recognizance.

-Jason F. Kondrat, 35, of 19697 Beaver Center Road, Linesville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of criminal conspiracy, knowingly possessing ephedrine and possession of substances/chemicals with intent to manufacture a controlled substance. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on May 29 in Conneaut Township. His bond is set at $50,000 unsecured.

-Amy N. Loughner, 28, of 19697 Beaver Center Road, Linesville, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of criminal conspiracy, knowingly possessing ephedrine and possession of substances/chemicals with intent to manufacture a controlled substance. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on May 29 in Conneaut Township. Her bond is set at $75,000 unsecured.

-John L. Alabran, 34, of 2664 Roash Church Road, Cochranton, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on the charge of acquiring or obtaining possession of a controlled substance by misrepresentation. The Attorney General’s office filed the charge for an incident on Jan. 9, 2012, in Conneaut Lake. His bond is set at $10,000 unsecured.

n Kenneth M. Bellingham, 34, of 1809 Main St., Conneautville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of driving under the influence and four summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on June 30 in Summerhill Township. He was released on his own recognizance.

-Dennis R. Dibble Jr., 30, of 5214, Homestead Ave., Linesville, was held for a preliminary hearing and bound over to the next term of court on the charge of simple assault and one summary charge. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on July 28 in Linesville. His bond is set as nonmonetary with conditions.

-James L. Johnson, 47, of 10059 Wattsburg Road, Erie, was held for a preliminary hearing and bound over to the next term of court on charges of corrupt organizations, conspiracy to violate 911b1, 911b2 and 911b3, seven counts of manufacture/delivery/possession with intent to manufacture/deliver, seven counts of intentional possession of a controlled substance and criminal use of a communication device. The Attorney General’s office filed the charges for an incident on Oct. 12, 2010, in Meadville. He was placed in Crawford County jail on $50,000 bond.

-Travis L. Carbaugh, 25, of 12950 Conneaut Lake Road, Conneaut Lake, was arraigned and bound over to the next term of court on charges of burglary, criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and theft by deception. Conneaut Lake police filed the charges for an incident on May 13 in Sadsbury Township. He was placed in Crawford County jail on $10,000 bond.



Titusville Area

Magisterial District Judge

-David T. Bartlett Jr., 26, of Warren, was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Amy Nicols and bound over to the next term of court on charges of makes any materially false written statement and unsworn falsification to authorities. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on July 19 in Oil Creek Township. His bond is set at $10,000 unsecured.

-Alicia M. Anthony, 37, address unlisted, was held for a preliminary hearing and bound over to the next term of court on charges of forgery, two counts of access device fraud, theft of property lost/mislaid/delivered by mistake and receiving stolen property. Titusville police filed the charges for an incident on June 11. She was placed in Crawford County jail on $10,000 bond.

-Zachary C. Price, 20, of Pleasantville, was held for a preliminary hearing and bound over to the next term of court on the charge of theft by unlawful taking. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charge for an incident on June 15 in Oil Creek Township. He was released on his own recognizance.



Crashes

State Police

-Glenn D. Dersch, 54, of Springboro, was traveling north on North Mosiertown Road in Cussewago Township when he lost control of his vehicle at 2:49 p.m. Aug. 20, according to state police. His vehicle reportedly left the roadway, struck two trees and impacted a parked vehicle before coming to rest. No injuries were reported. Hayfield Township VFD and C&L Towing assisted on scene.

n Jeffrey I. Marranconi, 28, of Meadville, was traveling south on Route 98 in Hayfield Township when he failed to observe driver Marilyn Smith, of Meadville, stopped in the travel lane at 3:35 p.m. Aug. 21, according to state police. His vehicle reportedly impacted hers. Both drivers sustained minor injuries, police said.

-Robert B. Chafin, 49, of Weirton, W.Va., was traveling north on Interstate 79 in Hayfield Township when he left the roadway for unknown reasons at 12:29 a.m. Aug. 22, according to state police. His vehicle reportedly struck a guardrail and traveled down an embankment before rolling over and coming to rest. He was taken to Meadville Medical Center for injuries of unknown severity, police said. Hayfield Central Hose Co., Route 19 Towing and PennDOT assisted on scene.

-A juvenile driver became distracted and left the roadway while traveling west on Route 4404 in Conneaut Township at 11:28 a.m. Aug. 22, according to state police. The driver reportedly attempted to re-enter the roadway but lost control of the vehicle and traveled into the eastbound lane. The vehicle left the roadway, impacted a ditch and overturned onto the passenger side, police said. No injuries were reported. LA Auto Towing and Linesville VFD assisted on scene.



Crimes

State Police

-Thurman Lambert, 53, of Espyville, was accused of harassment for an alleged incident on Mohawk Trail in North Shenango Township at 7:05 p.m. Aug. 21, according to state police.

n Pennsylvania State Police reported a case of access device fraud on Troy Center Road in Troy Township between 9:30 a.m. Aug. 4 and 5 p.m. Aug. 16. A 34-year-old Centerville woman reportedly stole a credit card from a residence and purchased approximately $1,459 worth of items from Target.com and eBay.com. Items included a Gateway computer, art supplies, a kitchen mixer, Dell gift cards and Target gift cards.

-Pennsylvania State Police reported a case of criminal mischief on Route 27 in Oil Creek Township between 10 and 11 a.m. Aug. 21. One or more unknown suspects reportedly damaged the windshield of a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee and fled the scene undetected. The investigation continues.

-Pennsylvania State Police reported a burglary at Meadow Lake Campgound in South Shenango Township at an unknown time between Aug. 18 and 22. One or more unknown suspects reportedly entered an unlocked cottage window and took a 32-inch Vizio flatscreen TV and a small coffee maker.
