Magisterial District Judge

- Kent A. Kellog, 36, of Titusville, was held for a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Amy Nicols and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Oct. 14 in Sparta Township. He was released on his own recognizance.

- Michael R. Nelson, 24, of Centerville, was held for a preliminary hearing and bound over to the next term of court on charges of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Oct. 14 in Rome Township. He was released on his own recognizance.

- Michael R. Davis, 29, of Finleyville, was held for a preliminary hearing and bound over to the next term of court on two counts of driving under the influence and five summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Jan. 1 in Bloomfield Township. He was released on his own recognizance.

- Amanda C. Higley, 27, of Union City, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on the charge of DUI and three summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Jan. 12 in Bloomfield Township. She was released on her own recognizance.

- Martin J. Calzada, 28, of Meadville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of theft by deception and receiving stolen property. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Oct. 22 in Meadville. He was released on $5,000 unsecured bond.

State Police

- Pennsylvania State Police reported a case of trespassing and possession of marijuana for an alleged incident on Tobin Road in Venango Township at 7:30 p.m. April 2. Two juveniles reportedly entered private property in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

- Keith A. Wanzer, 43, address unlisted, was accused of disorderly conduct for an alleged incident at Country Acres Trailer Court in East Mead Township at 8:30 a.m. April 3, according to state police. He allegedly made excessive noise with a stereo system and ATV riding despite neighbor complaints.
