MEADVILLE — Vernon Township Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Sean W. Cooper, 31, of 12655 Brooks Road, Meadville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Michael Rossi and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of driving under the influence and one summary charge. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Sept. 19 in Vernon Township. He was released on his own recognizance.

-Adelia K. Karell, 19, of 10305 Circle East, Meadville, was held for court on the charge of possession of marijuana. Vernon Township Police filed the charge for an incident on July 27. Her bail is set at $15,000 unsecured.

-James D. Rainey, 29, of 28 Echnoz Ave., Meadville, was held for court on two counts of retail theft, criminal conspiracy and criminal attempt. Vernon Township Police filed the charges for an incident on April 27. His bail is set at $20,000.



Saegertown Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Charges of simple assault and harassment against Arnad Dakic, 26, of Cambridge Springs, were dismissed before Magisterial District Judge Lincoln Zilhaver. Cambridge Springs Police filed the charges for an alleged incident on Sept. 24.



Meadville Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Stephanie L. Mast, 22, waived her right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge William Chisholm and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of forgery, theft by deception and theft by unlawful taking. Meadville Police filed the charges for incidents on June 11, Sept. 27 and Sept. 30. She was released on her own recognizance.



Crimes

State Police

-Pennsylvania State Police are looking for one or more suspects who reportedly entered Lakeside General Store in Espyville, North Shenango Township, between 10 p.m. Oct. 11 and 8 a.m. Oct. 12 and stole a quantity of cigarettes with an estimated value of $240.
