MEADVILLE — Titusville Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Holly R. Kinnear, 29, of Titusville, waived her right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Amy Nicols and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and two summary charges. Titusville police filed the charges for an incident on May 26. She was released on her own recognizance.

-Kyle E. Kenyon, 25, of Titusville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of insurance fraud and theft by deception. The Attorney General’s office filed the charges for an incident on June 8, 2011. He was released on his own recognizance.

-Jason D. Shontz, 38, of Titusville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of driving under the influence and two summary charges. Titusville Police filed the charges for an incident on Aug. 19. He was released on his own recognizance.

Linesville Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Justin M. Bartone, 27, of 3140 State Highway 198, Conneautville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Rita Marwood and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of driving under the influence and two summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Sept. 7 in Beaver Township. He was released on his own recognizance. His arraignment is scheduled for Oct. 16.

-Duane M. Bowers, 25, of 24057 Spring Road, Springboro, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of driving under the influence and two summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Sept. 21 in Beaver Township. He was released on his own recognizance. His arraignment is scheduled for Nov. 16.
