Magisterial District Judge

-Meadow D. Walsh, 34, of 702 Park Ave., Meadville, pleaded guilty before Magisterial District Judge Rita Marwood to the charge of theft by failure to make a required disposition of funds. Conneaut Lake police filed the charge for an incident on Oct. 17, 2012.

-Edward J. Zicarelli, 45, of 12973 Golf Course Road, Conneaut Lake, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of driving under the influence and three summary charges. State police filed the charges for an incident on Nov. 1 in Pine Township. He was released on his own recognizance.

Vernon Township Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Matthew R. Packard, 38, of 10281 Hough Road, Meadville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Michael Rossi and was bound over to the next term of court on the charge of driving under the influence and one summary charge. Vernon Township police filed the charges for an incident on Sept. 18. He was released on his own recognizance.

-Robert P. Weber Jr., 42, of 17033 Mullen Road, Meadville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of DUI and two summary charges. Vernon Township police filed the charges for an incident on Sept. 10. He was released on his own recognizance.

Titusville Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Amanda J. Hsu, 27, of Seneca, was held for a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Amy Nicols and bound over to the next term of court on the charge of driving under the influence and three summary charges. State police filed the charges for an incident on Aug. 24 in Rome Township. She was released on her own recognizance.

-Shawn A. Handley, 41, of Erie, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on the charge of DUI and four summary charges. State police filed the charges for an incident on Sept. 10 in Bloomfield Township. He was released on his own recognizance.

n Joseph C. Burt, 20, of Titusville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of DUI and two summary charges. State police filed the charges for an incident on Oct. 17 in Oil Creek Township. He was released on his own recognizance.
