MEADVILLE — Saegertown Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Floyd W. Peters, 27, of Meadville, was held for a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Lincoln Zilhaver and bound over to the next term of court on the charge of driving under the influence and one summary charge. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Feb. 24 in Saegertown. He was released on his own recognizance.

Titusville Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Stacia R. Blymiller, 34, of Centerville, was held for a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Amy Nicols and bound over to the next term of court on the charge of simple assault and one summary charge. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on March 27 in Athens Township. She was placed in Crawford County jail on $2,500 bond.

-Brett M. Locke, 23, of Centerville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of assault of a law enforcement officer, resisting arrest, obstructing the administration of law and disorderly conduct. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on March 26 in Athens Township. He was placed in Crawford County jail on $25,000 bond.

-Charles Glen Gootee IV, 20, of Union City, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of driving under the influence and six traffic summary counts. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident Feb. 16 in Bloomfield Township. He was released on his own recognizance.

Vernon Township Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Shawn J. Kipfer, 32, of 212 Pineview Drive, Canonsburg, was held for a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Michael Rossi and bound over to the next term of court on two counts of terroristic threats, two counts of reckless endangerment, two counts of simple assault and two counts of disorderly conduct. Vernon Township police filed the charges for an incident on March 15. He was released from Crawford County jail on $40,000 bond.

 

Meadville Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Diana M. Hill, 35, of 21633 Golden Drive, Meadville, waived her right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge William Chisholm and was bound over to the next term of court on one count of access device fraud and five counts of theft by unlawful taking. Meadville Police filed the charges for incidents Jan. 5, 7 and 8. Hill was released on her own recognizance.

-Raymond J. Ebbert III, 22, in care of 14844 Airport Road, Linesville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of retail theft, theft by deception, conspiracy and attempted theft by deception. Meadville Police filed the charges for incidents March 10 and 11. He was released on his own recognizance.
