MEADVILLE — Linesville Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Rickie L. Georgia, 54, of 518 Chadman St., Conneaut, Ohio, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Rita Marwood and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of driving under the influence and one summary charge. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Nov. 28 in Sadsbury Township. He was released on his own recognizance.

-Savannah H. Anderson, 27, of 23 W. Pearl St., Albion, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of DUI and two summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Sept. 20 in Spring Township. She was released on her own recognizance.

-Debra L. Whiteneck, 42, of 542 Liberty St., Corry, was held for a preliminary hearing and bound over to the next term of court on two counts of DUI and two summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Nov. 29 in West Fallowfield Township. She was released on her own recognizance.

-Michael A. Leonhard II, 21, of 3076 E. State Road, Jamestown, was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Rita Marwood and bound over to the next term of court on charges of burglary, criminal conspiracy, criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking and one summary charge. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Sept. 11, 2011, in South Shenango Township. He was released on $10,000 unsecured bond.



Meadville Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Michael J. Hartle, 35, of 715 Hickory St., Meadville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge William Chisholm and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of terroristic threats, simple assault and two summary charges. Meadville police filed the charges for an incident on Dec. 1. He was released from Crawford County jail on $10,000 bond.

-Brittany A. Wofford, 29, of 3713 Daisey Ave., Cleveland, Ohio, was arraigned and bound over to the next term of court on the charge of simple assault and one summary charge. Meadville police filed the charges for an incident on Dec. 26. She was released on nonmonetary bond.

-Richard H. Reist III, 35, of 10959 Williamson Road, Meadville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of robbery, theft by unlawful taking and one summary charge. Meadville police filed the charges for an incident on Nov. 30. He was released from Crawford County jail on $5,000 bond.

-Megan L. Cathey, 26, of 370 Walnut St., Meadville, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on the charge of simple assault and two summary charges. Meadville police filed the charges for an incident on Dec. 5. She was released on nonmonetary bond.

-Shaun P. Chiasson, 35, of 57 E. High St., Union City, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of manufacture/delivery/possession of a controlled substance with intent to manufacture/deliver, intentional possession of a controlled substance and delivery of a noncontrolled substance. Edinboro police filed the charges for an incident on Dec. 14, 2011, in Meadville. He was placed in Crawford County jail on $5,000 bond.

-Matthew E. Johnson, 21, of 9575 Hanmore Road, Conneaut Lake, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of driving under the influence, accident involving damage to attended vehicle/property, possession of marijuana and three summary charges. Meadville police filed the charges for an incident on Nov. 8. He was released on his own recognizance.



Vernon Township Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Luke John J. Luciano, 25, of 18583 Marshall Road, Cochranton, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Michael Rossi and was bound over to the next term of court on the charge of possession of marijuana and two summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Sept. 25 in Union Township. He was released on his own recognizance.

-Michael P. Williams, 26, of 10090 Williamson Road, Meadville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of driving under the influence and two summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Dec. 1 in East Fairfield Township. He was released on his own recognizance.



Titusville Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Daniel V. Valentine, 19, of Hydetown, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Amy Nicols and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of robbery, criminal conspiracy, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property. Titusville police filed the charges for an incident on Nov. 9. He was released on $10,000 unsecured bond.

-Dustin M. Sudul, 25, of 420 Chestnut St., Titusville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on the charge of retail theft. Titusville police filed the charge for an incident on July 27. He was released on his own recognizance.

-James A. Vitter, 20, of Waterford, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of burglary, criminal attempt, theft by unlawful taking and criminal mischief. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on May 18, 2012, in Troy Township. He was released from Crawford County jail on $10,000 bond.

-Andrew J. Sutton, 21, of Titusville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on the charge of simple assault and one summary charge. Titusville police filed the charges for an incident on Nov. 14. He was released on $5,000 unsecured bond.

-Weston L. Stafford, 20, of Cambridge Springs, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of burglary, two counts of criminal trespass and two counts of indecent assault. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Oct. 13 in Rockdale Township. He was released from Crawford County jail on $20,000 bond.



Crashes

State Police

-Travis S. Vickers, 21, of Meadville, was traveling south on Pettis Road in East Fairfield Township when he lost control of his vehicle at 5:45 a.m. Jan. 7, according to state police. His vehicle reportedly spun counterclockwise and left the roadway, striking a guardrail and coming to rest in a ravine. He was taken to Meadville Medical Center for minor injuries, police said. Leonard’s Towing assisted on scene.



Crimes

State Police

-Pennsylvania State Police reported a theft from a motor vehicle on Centerville Road in Athens Township between midnight and 7 a.m. Jan. 4. One or more unknown suspects reportedly stole a .22 caliber air rifle, a bag of traps used for trapping and a cellphone taser from an unlocked vehicle before fleeing the scene. The investigation continues.

-Robert Frank Jr., 20, of Titusville, and a 15-year-old Titusville male were accused of retail theft for an incident on Hydetown Road in Oil Creek Township at 3:01 a.m. Jan. 1, according to state police. The suspects reportedly stole two wireless Bluetooth speakers and two USB drives from Wal-Mart and left the store.

-Pennsylvania State Police reported a burglary on Brunot Road in Wayne Township between 7:50 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. Jan. 5. One or more unknown suspects reportedly entered a residence without permission and stole several items, including a green Winchester gun safe containing approximately 11 guns, specialty coins and cash estimated at $3,000, credit cards, personal documents, deer antlers, ammunition, gun powder, a clock and a hand jack. Anyone with information is asked to call state police, Meadville barracks at 332-6911.
