Magisterial District Judge

n Jonathan W. Butterfield, 19, of 401 Randolph Lane, Meadville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing Tuesday before Magisterial District Judge Michael Rossi on Vernon Township Police Department charges of three counts of corruption of minors for incidents between June 1 and July 29 and was released on $1,000 bond.

n John H. Vanderhoof, 19, address listed as Crawford County jail, Saegertown, was arraigned Tuesday on Vernon police charges of one count each of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property for an incident Oct. 13 and was recommitted to the jail in lieu of $25,000 bond and on previously-filed charges.

Magisterial District Judge

n William H. Boyd, 55, of 11153 Shaw Ave., Meadville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing Wednesday before Magisterial District Judge Lincoln S. Zilhaver on Pennsylvania State Police charges of two counts of driving under the influence, one count of accidents involving personal injury and three summary traffic offenses for an incident Oct. 16. A previously-filed charge of one count of aggravated assault by vehicle while driving under the influence was withdrawn.

n Ricky L. Necessary, 21, of 4641 Russell Road, Dorsett, Ohio, waived his right to a preliminary hearing Tuesday before Magisterial District Judge Rita Marwood on Pennsylvania State Police charges of one count each of theft by unlawful taking and theft by receiving stolen property for an incident Oct. 20 and was released on $10,000 unsecured bond.

n Jared C. Steen, 23, of 4369 Westford Road, Jamestown, waived his right to a preliminary hearing Tuesday on state police charges of one count each of theft by unlawful taking, theft by receiving stolen property, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and two summary traffic offenses for an incident Oct. 20 and was released on $10,000 unsecured bond.
