Magisterial District Judge

— Mark Alan Gates, 48, of Erie, was arraigned Monday before Magisterial District Judge Lincoln S. Zilhaver on Cambridge Springs Police Department charges of driving under the influence, public drunkenness and one other summary offense for an incident Nov. 14 on South Main Street in Cambridge Springs. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for Dec. 1 at 9:30 a.m.

— Charles Andrew Thompson, 56, of Meadville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing Monday on two counts of driving under the influence and one summary offense for an Oct. 4 incident on State Route 98 approximately one-half mile north of Denny Road. Thompson was released on his own recognizance.

— Denis James Mandville, 38, of Edinboro, waived his right to a preliminary hearing Monday on Pennsylvania State Police charges of theft by unlawful taking and attempted theft for an Aug. 23 incident in which he allegedly removed 400 pounds of scrap copper from a private residence in Cussewago Township. Mandville was released on his own recognizance.

— A 16-year-old Saegertown female was arraigned Monday on state police charges of aggravated assault, simple assault, harassment and terroristic threats for an incident Thursday on Gospel Hill Road in Saegertown in which she allegedly was involved in a domestic altercation in a private residence in Cussewago Township. Bail was set at $5,000 and a preliminary hearing was scheduled for Dec. 5 at 9:30 a.m.
