Magisterial District Judge
n Amy S. Morris, 32, of 541 Pine St., Meadville, waived her right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge William Chisholm Thursday and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of theft by unlawful taking. Meadville Police filed the charges for incidents Sept. 26 and Oct. 4. She was released on her own recognizance.
n Nicholas L. Lawson, 30, of 7681/2 Garden St., Meadville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing Thursday and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of theft and criminal mischief. Meadville Police filed the charges for an incident Sept. 5. He was released on his own recognizance.

Magisterial District Judge
n Kimberly S. Cuzzocrea, 43, of 12745 Rising Sun Drive, Conneaut Lake, waived her right to a preliminary hearing Nov. 2 before Magisterial District Judge Michael Rossi on Vernon Township Police Department charges of two counts of driving under the influence for an incident Sept. 30 and was released on her own recognizance.
Saegertown Area
Magisterial District Judge
n Russell L. Jarrell, 22, of 1956 Highway 6 and 19, Saegertown, waived his right to a preliminary hearing Nov. 2 before Magisterial District Judge Lincoln S. Zilhaver on Pennsylvania State Police charges of two counts of driving under the influence and one summary traffic offense for an incident Oct. 10 and was released on his own recognizance.
n David A. Sherman, 35, of 6 Atlantic St., Union City, was arraigned Oct. 31 on state police charges of one count each of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property for an incident Oct. 7 and was committed to Crawford County jail, Saegertown, in lieu of $20,000 bond. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for Nov. 9.
