n Michael Edward Lee Dye, 45, of 55501 Jane St., Neville Island, waived his right to a preliminary hearing Oct. 16 before Magisterial District Judge William Chisholm and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of conspiracy to manufacture or deliver crack cocaine, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Meadville Police Department filed the charges for an incident Sept. 1. He was released on $40,000 bond.

Vernon Township Area

Magisterial District Judge

n Amy L. Davis, 29, of 4861/2 Walnut St. Apt. C, Meadville, was bound over to the next term of court Oct. 16 before Magisterial District Judge Michael Rossi on Pennsylvania State Police charges of two counts of driving under the influence and four summary traffic offenses for an incident Sept. 10 and was released on her own recognizance.

Titusville Area

Magisterial District Judge

n David M. Smeltz, 69, of 22280 Coe Road, Pleasantville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing Oct. 16 before Magisterial District Judge Amy Nicols and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of driving under the influence. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charge for an incident Aug. 30 in Oil Creek Township. He was released on his own recognizance.

n Terri L. Corner, 55, of 190 High St., Conneaut Lake, waived her right to a preliminary hearing Oct. 16 before Magisterial District Judge Rita Marwood on Conneaut Lake Regional Police Department charges of two counts of driving under the influence and one summary traffic offense for an incident Sept. 20 and was released on her own recognizance.
