Magisterial District Judge
n Keeno Leroy Butler, 36, of 304 North St., Apt. A, Meadville, was arraigned Oct. 12 before Saegertown Area Magisterial District Judge Lincoln S. Zilhaver, acting for Meadville Area Magisterial District Judge William Chisholm, on Meadville Police Department charges of simple assault, harassment, public drunkenness and prohibited drunkenness, stemming from an incident on Oct. 10 and was committed to Crawford County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bond.

Magisterial District Judge
n Tanner L. Fike, 23, of 65 E. Irving St., Corry, waived his right to a preliminary hearing Oct. 12 before Magisterial District Judge Lincoln S. Zilhaver on Cambridge Springs Police Department charges of burglary, conspiracy to commit burglary, criminal tresspassing, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property for an incident Aug. 8 and was released on $2,500 bond.
n Justin L. Petersen, 20, of 20269 State Highway 86, Saegertown, waived his right to a preliminary hearing on Cambridge Springs police charges of burglary, conspiracy to commit burglary, criminal tresspassing, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property for an incident Aug. 8 and was released on his own recognizance.
n Brent Allen Gilchrist, 24, of 8434 State Highway 285, Conneaut Lake, was arraigned before Zilhaver, acting for Linesville Area Magisterial Judge Rita J. Marwood, on Pennsylvania State Police charges of criminal conspiracy, theft by unlawful taking and theft by receiving for an incident Sept. 10 and was committed to Crawford County Jail in lieu of $20,000 bond.
n Cody Bosephus Shumaker, 19, of 12082 Shady Ave., Conneaut Lake, waived his right to a preliminary hearing on state police charges of theft by unlawful taking for an incident April 23 and was released on his own recognizance.
Linesville Area
Magisterial District Judge
n Brenda L. Cooper, 46, of 18651 Jay Lane, Saegertown, waived her right to a preliminary hearing Oct. 13 before Magisterial District Judge Rita Marwood on Linesville Police Department charges of two counts of two driving under the influence and one summary traffic offense for an incident Sept. 19 and was released on her own recognizance.
n Charles H. Steinmetz, 47, of 145 Hampshire Drive, Cranberry Township, waived his right to a preliminary hearing on Pymatuning State Park Police Department charges of one count each of harassment and open lewdness for an incident Aug. 17 and was released on $5,000 unsecured bond with conditions.
