Magisterial District Judge
n Rickey Vaughn Bynum, 49, of 897 Market St. Meadville, was arraigned Oct. 8 before Magisterial District Judge William Chisholm on Meadville Police Department charges of stalking and harassment for an Oct. 8 incident and separate charges of simple assault, disorderly conduct and harassment for a Sept. 24 incident involving the same victim and was released on $10,000 unsecured bail with conditions.
n Brad R. Snyder, 26, of 11766 Pennsylvania Ave., Meadville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing Oct. 9 on city police charges of one count each of criminal mischief and public drunkenness for an incident March 12, 2006, and was released on $2,500 unsecured bond.
n Doneil M. Hamilton, 18, of 3771/2 Willow St., Meadville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing Oct. 9 on city police charges of two counts each of terroristic threats, simple assault and disorderly conduct and one count each of public drunkenness and underage drinking for an incident Aug. 15 and was released on $5,000 bond with conditions.

n Dennis R. Miko, 35, of 101 Lincoln Ave., Meadville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing Oct. 8 before Magisterial District Judge Michael Rossi on Pennsylvania State Police charges of two counts of driving under the influence, accidents involving damage to attended vehicles and one summary offense for an incident Aug. 2 and was released on his own recognizance.
n Jeffrey L. Myers, 41, of 21984 Crevling Road, Cochranton, waived his right to a preliminary hearing Oct. 9 on Cochranton Police Department charges of two counts of driving under the influence and one summary traffic offense for an incident Sept. 6 and was released on his own recognizance.

n Michael R. Catalano, 24, of 12546 Cole Road, Atlantic, was bound over to the next term of court Oct. 8 before Magisterial District Judge Rita Marwood on Conneaut Lake Regional Police Department charges of one count each of driving under the influence, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, accidents involving damage, public drunkenness and one summary traffic offense for an incident Aug. 1 and was released on his own recognizance.
