Linesville Area

Magisterial District Judge

— Raymond L. Kimmel, 45, of 6198 Ralston Road, Adamsville, was arraigned Thursday before Magisterial District Judge Rita Marwood on three counts of possession with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance, two counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia for an incident Aug. 22 and was released on $25,000 bond. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for Thursday.

Crimes

State Police

— Joseph J. Schlosser, 23, of Atlantic, faces harassment charges filed following an alleged incident Friday at about 4:12 p.m. at an East Fallowfield Township resident. He is accused of striking a juvenile in the back of the head.

— Louis Starocci, 52, of Meadville, faces harassment charges filed by PSP following an alleged incident Friday at 11:09 p.m. at a North Mosiertown Road, Cussewago Township, residence. He is accused of making several unwanted phone calls to a 40-year-old Saegertown woman.

— Jaclyn M. Lyons of Meadville will face harassment charges to be filed by PSP after allegedly contacting a Conneaut Lake man several times and leaving messages that served no legitimate purposes.

— Harassment charges will be filed against Theresa Nassan, 60, of Jamestown; and Tracy L. Harnett, 45, of Jamestown. They are accused of harassing a 45-year-old and a 19-year-old Friday about 6:44 p.m. in South Shenango Township.

— Barney Lee Henry, 43, of Conneaut Lake, faces criminal mischief charges following an alleged incident about 2 a.m. Sunday when he caused damage to the side window of a home in East Fallowfield Township.

Crashes

State Police

— Elizabeth A. Miller, 19, of Meadville, was not injured in a one-vehicle crash about 9:30 a.m. Saturday on Route 805, Fairfield Township. Miller was traveling south, approximately three-fourth of a mile south of Route 285 and was attempting to negotiate a left curve when an unknown animal cross in front of her car. Miller left the roadway to the west and upon returning went across both lanes of travel and hit the east ditch with the rear of her vehicle, when then rolled onto its roof, coming to rest on the roadway facing northwest.
