Sentenced recently by Crawford County Court of Common Pleas President Judge Gordon R. Miller were:

— Brian M. Johns, 109 Asbury Manor East, Meadville, driving while under the influence, pay costs, $1,500 fine, serve intermediate probation for 24 months with first 30 days in jail followed by three months on house arrest and electronic monitoring;

— John Collins, 396 Randolph St., Meadville, endangering welfare of children, pay costs, $500 fine, serve 18 months probation with seven days credit;

— Mick N. Stabile, 908 Catherine St., Meadville, delivery of controlled substance, pay costs, $750 fine, serve 24 months probation;

— Matthew Wheeler, 7267 Muriel Lane, Westford, DUI, pay costs, $2,500 fine, serve six months to 12 months in county jail;

— Ryan Winters, 7538 Mill Road, Apt. 3, Conneaut Lake, retail theft, pay costs, $300 fine, probation for 24 months.

— Walter R. Luther, 16206 Harmonsburg Road, Meadville, DUI, pay costs, $2,500 fine, serve 12 months to 60 months in a state correctional institution.

— Frank J. Marsh, 15553 Stephens Drive, Meadville, DUI, pay costs, $750 fine, serve intermediate probation for six months with first 15 days in county jail followed by one month on house arrest and electronic monitoring.

— Leo P. Roller, 10197 W. Penn Lake, Conneaut Lake, DUI, pay costs, $1,000 fine, serve 72 hours to six months in county jail.

— Robert J. Shay III, 16639 Davis Road, Meadville, DUI, pay costs, $250 fine, serve six months to 12 months in county jail followed by four months on house arrest and electronic monitoring.
