Magisterial District Judge
— Jarrod Jones, 41, of 432 Fairmont Ave., Meadville, was arraigned Monday before Linesville Area Magisterial District Judge Rita Marwood, acting for Magisterial District Judge Michael Rossi, on Vernon Township Police Department charges of one count each of robbery of a motor vehicle, robbery and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle; two counts of theft by unlawful taking; and two summary traffic offenses for an incident Aug. 22 and was committed to Crawford County jail, Saegertown, in lieu of $25,000 bond.
Linesville Area
Magisterial District Judge
— Ashley N. Diehl, 20, of 42 Tenniman Road, Orwell, Ohio, was arraigned Monday before Magisterial District Judge Rita Marwood on Conneaut Lake Regional Police Department charges of one count each of obtaining a controlled substance by fraud/forgery, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property for an incident Aug. 31 and was released on $5,000 unsecured bond with conditions. Her preliminary hearing is scheduled for Sept. 25 at 3 p.m.
District Justice Rita Marwood
— Heather A. Morningstar, 20, of 13164 Old Route 19, Waterford, was arraigned by District Justice Rita Marwood, acting for District Justice Amy Nicols of Titusville, on State Police charges of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property for a Bloomfield Township incident on July 4. Morningstar was committed to jail in lieu of $25,000 bail. A preliminary hearing will be held Sept. 26 at 10 a.m. at Nicols office.
— Sean C. Coulter, 40, of 11310 State Highway 285, Conneaut Lake, was bound over to court on Conneaut Lake Regional Police Department charges of criminal attempt to commit rape, criminal attempt to commit sexual assault, terroristic threats, criminal attempt to commit indecent assault and harassment for a Sadsbury Township incident on Sept. 7. He was released on non-monetary bail.

State Police
— Someone entered a North Chestnut Street, Linesville apartment and stole approximately $2,900 worth of medication between 7 and 9 a.m. Tuesday. Anyone with information about the burglary is asked to call state police at 332-6911.
