Magisterial District Judge
— Justen David Coffman, 23, whose address was listed as in care of Anthony Paris, 4981 U.S. Highway 19, Cochranton, waived his right to a preliminary hearing on city police charges of three counts of driving under the influence, one count each of unauthorized use of motor vehicles and possession of marijuana and one summary traffic violation for a July 1 incident and was released on his own recognizance.

Magisterial District Judge
— Douglas T. Foringer, 18, of 165 Beaver St., Springboro, waived his right to a preliminary hearing Friday before Magisterial District Judge Lincoln S. Zilhaver on Pennsylvania State Police charges of two counts of driving under the influence and two summary offenses for an incident July 30 and was released on his own recognizance. Two previously-filed summary charges were withdrawn.
Linesville Area
Magisterial District Judge
— Gregory L. Shaffer Jr., 18, of 2261 Kennard Road, Greenville, was arraigned Friday before Magisterial District Judge Rita Marwood on Pymatuning State Park Police Department charges of one count each of theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and false reports to law enforcement authorities, and one summary traffic offense, for an incident Aug. 22 and was released on $2,500 unsecured bond. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for Sept. 5 at 10:30 a.m.
Vernon Township Area
Magisterial District Judge
— Jesse M. Allen, 25, of 615 State St., Meadville, was arraigned Wednesday before Magisterial District Judge Michael Rossi on Meadville Police Department charges of one count each of disorderly conduct and harassment for an incident July 25 and was committed to Crawford County jail, Saegertown, in lieu of $60,000 bond. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for Sept. 8 at 10 a.m.
