Magisterial District Judge

- Ryan Christopher Whitney, 24, of 13306 Laurel Drive, Meadville, pleaded guilty to state police charges of one count of harassment for a June 29 incident and paid costs totaling $122.

- Timothy Lee Bossard, 47, of 894 C St., Meadville, was bound over to court following a preliminary hearing on city police charges of two counts of driving under the influence, first offense, and two summary traffic violations for a June 19 incident and was released on $2,500 nonmonetary bail.

- Dennis Leo Cornell, 21, of 358 Pine St., Meadville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing on city police charges of two counts of forgery for June 5 and June 10 incidents and was committed to Crawford County jail, Saegertown, in lieu of $2,500 nonmonetary bail.

- Copa Ann Howard, 39, of 222 E. 10th St., Erie, was bound over to court following a preliminary hearing on Pennsylvania State Police at Erie charges of conspiracy to manufacture, deliver or possess a controlled substance and intent to possess a controlled substance for an Oct. 24, 2007, incident and manufacturing, delivering or possessing a controlled substance and intent to possess a controlled substance for a Jan. 4, 2008, incident and was released on $5,000 unsecured bail. Cambridge Springs Police Department charges of two counts of manufacturing, delivering or possessing a controlled substance for a Jan. 31, 2007 incident were dismissed.

- William Ludwig Grenaway, 22, of 121 Walker Drive, Meadville, was bound over to court following a preliminary hearing on state police charges of simple assault and harassment for a May 29 incident and was released on $5,000 nonmonetary bail. One count of burglary was dismissed.

- Cornelia R. Dean, 19, of 16924 Routes 6 and 19, Saegertown, pleaded guilty to a charge of bad checks filed by Irwin Properties LLC of Cochranton for an April 7 incident and paid $188 in fines and costs and restitution of $487.33.

- Stephanie Lee Whitney, 27, of 13306 Laurel Drive, Meadville, pleaded guilty to state police charges of one count of harassment for a June 29 incident and paid costs totaling $122.

- Eli Jacob Geist, 27, of 1636 Overlook Drive, Westford, waived his right to a preliminary hearing on city police charges of receiving stolen property for a May 7 incident and was released on his own recognizance.

- Kody James Chamberlain, 20, of 9875 Krider Road, Meadville, pleaded guilty before Magisterial District Judge William Chisholm to Meadville Police Department charges of use or possession of drug paraphernalia for a Jan. 30 incident and paid $338 in fines and costs.
