Linesville Area

Magisterial District Judge

- Brian E. Rogers, 38, of 10854 Utley Ave., Conneaut Lake, waived his right to a preliminary hearing Monday before Magisterial District Judge Rita Marwood on Pennsylvania State Police charges of two counts of driving under the influence and two summary traffic offenses for an incident July 4 and was released on his own recognizance.

Saegertown Area

Magisterial District Judge

- Preston J. Culpepper, 20, of 2B Bradmar Circle, Jamestown, waived his right to a preliminary hearing Tuesday before Linesville Area Magisterial District Judge Rita Marwood, acting for Magisterial District Judge Lincoln S. Zilhaver, on Pennsylva-nia State Police charges of one count each of aggravated assault, simple assault and recklessly endangering another person, two summary offenses and three counts of criminal mischief for an incident April 5 and was released on $10,000 bond.

- Matthew R. Covine, 24, of 30324 State Highway 77, Cambridge Springs, pleaded guilty Tuesday to a state police charge of one count of defiant trespass for an incident July 8 and was ordered to pay a total of $233 in fines and costs. A previously-filed charge of one count of criminal trespass was withdrawn.

Titusville Area

Magisterial District Judge

- Brandy N. Schmidt, 23, of 36249 Center Ave., Union City, was bound over to the next term of court Tuesday before Magisterial District Judge Amy Nicols on Pennsylvania State Police charges of two counts each of terroristic threats and recklessly endangering another person for an incident June 25 and was released on $5,000 unsecured bond.

- Nathaniel J. Stine, 30, of 218 E. Walnut St., Titusville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing Tuesday on Titusville Police Department charges of two counts of driving under the influence and one count of public drunkenness for an incident June 24 and was released on his own recognizance.

- Rickie L. Crawford, 49, of 11584 Fauncetown Road, Townville, waived her right to a preliminary hearing Tuesday on state police charges of two counts of DUI and one summary traffic offense for an incident June 20 and was released on her own recognizance.
