Magisterial District Judge
- Triscell Marie Wade, 30, of 20574 Baird Ave., Meadville, waived her right to a preliminary hearing on Pennsylvania State Police charges of intent to possess a controlled substance, theft by unlawful taking of movable property, and receiving stolen property for a March 31 incident and was released on her own recognizance.
- Andrea A. King, 34, of 751 Terrace St., Meadville, was bound over to court following a preliminary hearing on state police charges of manufacturing, delivering or possessing a controlled substance and intent to possess a controlled substance for an Oct. 24, 2007, incident and was released on $5,000 nonmonetary bail.
- Katherine Ann Gilson, 23, of 759 S. Grant St., Meadville, waived her right to a preliminary hearing on city police charges of making a false report to falsely incriminate another and giving false information for a May 9 incident and was released on her own recognizance.
Titusville Area
Magisterial District Judge
- Lucas J. Hayden, 21, of PO Box 304, Hydetown, waived his right to a preliminary hearing Monday before Magisterial District Judge Amy Nicols on Titusville Police Department charges of two counts of simple assault and one count each of harassment by physical contact and recklessly endangering another person for a June 29 incident and was released on $5,000 bond.
- Jeremy L. Gwin, 32, of 42801 W. Central Ave., Titusville, was arraigned Monday on city police charges of aggravated assault, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness for a July 12 incident and was committed to Crawford County jail, Saegertown, in lieu of $5,000 bail. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 24.
- Todd R. Peterson Jr., 18, of 330 W. Hemlock St., Titusville, was arraigned Monday on city police charges of statutory sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault, indecent assault and corruption of minors for a July 14 incident and was committed to Crawford County jail in lieu of $5,000 bond. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 24.
Vernon Township Area
Magisterial District Judge
- Roger D. Morris, 44, of 19643 Arthur St., Meadville, was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Michael Rossi on charges of one count of possession of a small amount of marijuana and one count of public drunkenness filed by Vernon Township Police Department for an incident July 12. He was placed in jail on $8,000 bond. A hearing has been set for July 17 at 10 a.m.
- Steven K. Fogal Jr., 42, of 14768 State Highway 198, Meadville, pleaded guilty to possession with the intent to deliver marijuana and was sentenced to pay $436.50 in fines and court costs. Charges were filed by Cambridge Springs Police Department for a June 5 incident in Vernon Township.

Magisterial District Judge
- Joyce M. Maier, 62, of 204 Highland Ave., Rochester, waived her right to a preliminary hearing Friday before Magisterial District Judge Rita Marwood and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of simple assault and disorderly conduct. Pymatuning State Park Police filed the charges for an incident June 6. She was released on her own recognizance.

Knighton, 42, of 420 Pinney St., Rochester, waived her right to a preliminary hearing Friday and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of simple assault and disorderly conduct. - Michael J. Helfrey, 55, of 11815 Highland Ave., Conneaut Lake, was bound over to the next term of court following a preliminary hearing Monday on Pennsylvania State Police charges of driving under the influence and a summary count for an incident June 21 in Sadsbury Township. Helfrey was released on his own recognizance.
- Aaron L. Delp, 30, of 459 Poplar St., Meadville, was arraigned Monday on state police charges of criminal mischief, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and two summary counts for an incident Oct. 7, 2007. Delp was released on $10,000 unsecured bond. A preliminary hearing is scheduled July 24.
- Leonard L. Lipscomb, 27, of 16597 Davis Road, Meadville, was arraigned Monday on state police charges of criminal mischief, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and two summary counts for an incident Oct. 7, 2007. Lipscomb was released on $10,000 unsecured bond. A preliminary hearing is scheduled July 24.
- Robert J. Lake, 30, of 5079 Bullis Lane, Linesville, was bound over to the next term of court Thursday before Magisterial District Judge Rita Marwood on Pennsylvania State Police charges of one count each of burglary, theft by unlawful taking and criminal mischief for an incident July 16, 2003, and was recommitted to Crawford County jail, Saegertown, in lieu of $10,000 bond.
- Dale W. Kinabrew, 53, of 12887 Putnam Road, Conneaut Lake, waived his right to a preliminary hearing Thursday to Conneaut Lake Regional Police Department charges of one count of driving under the influence and one summary traffic offense for an incident July 6 and was released on his own recognizance.
- Cynthia A. Ackerman, 29, of 26112 N. Hickernell Road, Springboro, waived her right to a preliminary hearing Thursday on state police charges of two counts of DUI and three summary traffic offenses for an incident May 25 and was released on his own recognizance.
Saegertown Area

- John M. Mosier, 46, of 210 Lake Ave., Erie, pleaded guilty Thursday before Magisterial District Judge Lincoln S. Zilhaver to a Pennsylvania State Police charge of one count of simple assault for an incident June 12 and was ordered to pay a total of $238 in fines and costs.

Meadville Police
- A car driven by Edward M. Razanauskas Jr., 57, of 402 Lincoln Ave., Erie, was traveling north on South Main Street approaching Linden Street on June 11 at 2:39 p.m.; the signal light was green for north-south traffic. A pickup truck driven by Robert W. Crytzer, 51, of 9294 Franklin Pike, Meadville, was stopped on Linden facing east at the South Main intersection. As Razanauskas attempted to make a left turn into a private drive approximately 20 feet south of the intersection, Crytzer turned right on red onto South Main and struck his car.
- A truck driven by Brian M. Snyder, 28, of 13212 Route 6, Corry, was traveling north on Hickory Street at 3:15 p.m. July 10 when it sideswiped a car driven by Ronald J. Gebhardt, 51, of 100 Cranberry Road, Sandy Lake, which was parked on the east side of the street, causing disabling damage. Snyder told police he had to move over because a vehicle coming in the opposite direction on Hickory took too much room. Witnesses told police Snyder had enough room to drive by the parked vehicle. According to police, the road was dry and the weather was sunny; there were no other contributing factors.
- A car driven by Timothy A. McIntyre, 20, of 1095 Liberty St., Meadville, pulled out of a business parking lot at the intersection of Linden and South Main streets recently into the path of a car driven by Larry Paul Clever, 55, of 1021 N.W. 49th St., Fort Lauderdale, Fla., which was traveling on Linden in the through lane.
- A sport utility vehicle driven by Tammy Lou Damico, 35, of 1191 Woodmont Drive, Meadville, was traveling west on Willow Street on July 5 at 7:58 a.m. when it ran through a red light at the South Main Street intersection and struck a truck driven by Michael James Wood, 41, of 115 S. Franklin St., Meadville, which was traveling north on South Main and had a green signal light at the intersection.

- Two known juveniles took bicycles into the skate park area at Meadville Area Recreation Complex knowing bicycles were prohibited and refused to leave July 8 at 2:05 p.m.
- A Liberty Street apartment building was entered between June 24 and 30 and copper pipes were ripped out of the basement.

- Someone stole an outboard motor and several batteries from a boat owned by a Cochranton man was it was docked at Scheerer Lane sometime between 8:30 a.m. Wednesday and 4 p.m. Thursday.

- A vehicle driven by Kelly Cox of Eden, N.C., was traveling north on Interstate 79 at 4 p.m. Thursday in the on-ramp construction zone and failed to stop behind and passed a vehicle owned by Michael Morell of Erie. Cox then came to a complete stop in the north bound lane forcing Edwin Swift of Greensburg to swerve off the east side of I-79, impacting Morell’s vehicle and causing disabling damage.
- A vehicle driven by Ashley N. Bunce, 20, of Centerville, impacted the rear portion of a vehicle driven by Kathleen R. Glover, 58, of Meadville, as she stopped abruptly for a vehicle that was turning Thursday at 8 a.m. on Pennsylvania Avenue in Vernon Township.
- George J. Stanko Jr., 59, of Erie, lost control of his motorcycle as he was negotiating a left-hand curve while traveling north on Route 19 in Cam-bridge Township Sunday at 7:20 p.m. The motorcycle left the roadway and rolled two or three times. Cambridge Springs Volunteer Fire Department assisted at the scene.
