Magisterial District Judge
- James C. McCartney, 57, of 22106 State Highway 322, Meadville, was bound over to the next term of court Wednesday before Magisterial District Judge Michael Rossi on Pennsylvania State Police charges of one count each of terroristic threats, false imprisonment, simple assault, harassment and aggravated assault for an incident April 3 through 7 and was released on $25,000 bond.
- Jesse E. Rossey, 22, of Birch Drive, Hayfield Estates, Saegertown, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Michael Rossi and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of possession with intent to deliver, delivery of marijuana, possession of a small amount of marijuana and two counts of conspiracy. Vernon Township Police Department filed the charges for an incident May 19. He was released on $5,000 bond.
- Charles E. Rossey, 45, of 15007 Autumn Drive, Meadville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of conspiracy. Vernon Township Police Department filed the charges for an incident May 19. He was released on $5,000 bond.

Magisterial District Judge
- Richard J. Lenhardt, 38, of 1035 U.S. Highway 6, Conneaut Lake, waived his right to a preliminary hearing Wednesday before Magisterial District Judge Rita Marwood on Pennsylvania State Police charges of two counts of driving under the influence and two summary traffic offenses for an incident May 17 and was released on his own recognizance.
- Kimberly A. Masetta, 37, of 12229 Mantor St., Conneaut Lake, was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Rita Marwood on charges of simple assault and harassment. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident Thursday in Summit Township. She was released on $5,000 unsecured bond. A preliminary hearing in the case is scheduled July 28.
- Kevin E. House, 36 of 12779 Cypress St., Conneaut Lake, was arraigned on charges of simple assault and harassment. State police filed the charges for an incident Thursday in Summit Township. He was released on $5,000 unsecured bond. A preliminary hearing in the case is scheduled July 28.
Titusville Area
Magisterial District Judge
- Daniel A. Foley, 58, of 1712 Breedtown Road, Titusville, was bound over to the next term of court Wednesday before Magisterial District Judge Amy Nicols on Titusville Police Department charges of two counts of driving under the influence and one summary traffic offense for an incident March 31 and was released on his own recognizance.
- Nathan C. Barker, 28, of 216 E. Walnut St., Titusville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Amy Nicols and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of criminal trespass, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. Titusville Police Department filed the charges for an incident May 31. He was released on his own recognizance.
Crimes
State Police
- A Cambridge Springs man damaged an exterior door and a bedroom door at a Hayfield Township woman’s home on South Mead Road at 7:20 p.m. Tuesday.
- Someone stole a Meadville woman’s bank account number at a Hayfield Township location and used it to buy items online sometime between May 6 and June 28.
- A trailer frame and towbar owned by a Meadville man were taken from an area along Carpenter Road in Randolph Township by two known men between Monday and Wednesday.
Crashes
State Police
- An unidentified car struck a pickup truck driven by Lawrence L. Price Jr. of Saegertown at 5:45 a.m. Wednesday in Hayfield Township. The car, a black Dodge sedan, failed to stop at a stop sign at the intersection of Gospel Hill and Grange Center roads and struck Price’s truck that was traveling north on Grange Center Road. The car then fled south on Grange Center Road.
- There were no injuries in a one-car crash on Ellis Road in Cambridge Township at 8:53 p.m. Wednesday. Vanessa Stahlman, 24, of Saegertown was driving west when she lost control of her car. It went off the road and hit a mailbox and shrubbery before coming to a stop. Stahlman and a passenger, Sean Ohls, 25, of Saegertown, weren’t wearing seatbelts, but neither was injured.
- There were minor injuries in a two-vehicle crash on Route 77 in West Mead Township at 6:45 p.m. Tuesday. Adrian Owlsley Hoover, 27, of Centerville was driving east when his vehicle struck the rear of an eastbound car driven by Susan Hayworth Clarkson, 37, of Meadville, that had slowed to make a turn onto Hobbs Road. Both drivers were wearing a seatbelt and only Clarkson sustained a minor injury.
- Mona J. Bucklew, 52, of Saegertown, was injured in a one-car crash on Harmonsburg Road in Summit Township at 10 a.m. Wednesday. Bucklew was driving east when she swerved her sport utility vehicle to miss a deer. The vehicle went off the road, into a ditch, struck an embankment and rolled onto its side. Bucklew was taken to Meadville Medical Center, where she was treated and released.
- An unknown vehicle crashed into a yard, fence, shed and shrubbery at a Woodcock Township home along Gravel Run Road at 11:18 p.m. Tuesday and fled the scene.
