Vernon Township Area

Magisterial District Judge

n Charles B. Denardi Jr., 39, address listed as Crawford County jail, Saegertown, was bound over to the next term of court before Magisterial District Judge Michael Rossi on separately-filed Vernon Township Police Department charges of a total of two counts each of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property for an incidents between Nov. 25, 2008 and Jan. 28 and March 16 and April 8 and was recommitted to the jail in lieu of a total of $55,000 bond.

Linesville Area

Magisterial District Judge

n Richard Rivera, 43, of 286 Judson Road, Utica, was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Rita Marwood on state Attorney General charges of two counts of possession with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance and one count each of criminal use of a communications facility and possession of a controlled substance for an incident June 29 and was committed to Crawford County jail, Saegertown, in lieu of $175,000 bond. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 10 at 1:30 p.m.

n Vernon A. Keller, 35, of 10275 Kennedy Hill Road, Meadville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Marwood on Pennsylvania State Police charges of one count each of burglary, criminal trespass and theft by unlawful taking for an incident May 21 and was recommitted to Crawford County jail, Saegertown, in lieu of $50,000 bond.

n Brett D. Dillaman, 27, address listed as Crawford County Correctional Facility, Saegertown, was arraigned before Marwood on Pennsylvania State Police charges of one count each of simple assault, terroristic threats and harassment for an incident that day and was committed to Crawford County jail, Saegertown, in lieu of $10,000 bond. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 8 at 10 a.m.

Titusville Area

Magisterial District Judge

n Heather N. Hersh, 23, of 407 1/2 May Ave., Titusville, was bound over to the next term of court before Magisterial District Judge Amy Nicols on a Titusville City Police Department charge of one count of endangering the welfare of children for an incident Jan. 29 and was released on her own recognizance.

n Jacobi D. Foltz, 28, of 25783 State Route 89, Spartansburg, was arraigned on a Pennsylvania State Police charge of one count of retail theft for an incident May 14 and was released on $5,000 unsecured bond.
