Magisterial District Judge
n Curtis A. Peeples, 28, of 313 1/2 E. Central Ave., Titusville, was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Amy Nicols on Titusville Police Department charges of two counts each of manufacture of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance for incidents May 14 and 21 and was committed to Crawford County jail, Saegertown, in lieu of $10,000 bond. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for June 25.
n Terrie L. Jones, 26, of 409 N. First St., Titusville, was arraigned on city police charges of two counts each of manufacture of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance; and one count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia for an incident April 23 and was committed to county jail in lieu of $7,500 bond. Her preliminary hearing is scheduled for June 25.
n Aaron C. Adams, 19, of 628 Superior St., Titusville, was arraigned on city police charges of two counts each of manufacture of a controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine precursor chemicals and criminal conspiracy for incidents between Aug. 26 and Dec. 4, 2008, and was committed to county jail in lieu of $7,500 bond. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for June 25.
n Thomas O. Keyes, 22, of 12627 State Highway 8, Titusville, was arraigned on city police charges of one count each of firearms not to be carried without a license and possession of a small amount of marijuana; and five counts of possession of drug paraphernalia for an incident July 13, 2008, and was committed to county jail in lieu of $15,000 bond. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for June 25.
n Ryan B. Hubert, 21, of 509 East Elm St., Titusville, was bound over to the next term of court before Magisterial District Judge Amy Nicols on Pennsylvania State Police charges of one count each of recklessly endangering another person and fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer and three summary traffic offenses for an incident March 15 and was released on his own recognizance.

n George J. Istenes, 75, of 100 Gustav Lane, Butler, was driving a motorcycle north on Route 8 in Hydetown at 1 p.m. June 16 when he lost control of the vehicle, causing it to travel off the road and flip over, ejecting Istenes. Istenes was reportedly wearing a helmet and sustained minor injuries.
