Magisterial District Judge
n Marcus D. Powell, 38, of 121 Water St., Conneaut Lake, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Michael Rossi on Vernon Township Police Department charges of two counts each of driving under the influence and accidents involving damage to attended vehicles and four summary traffic offenses for an incident April 20 and was released on $15,000 bond.
n Teddi M. Randolph, 38, of 11357 Suzanne Drive, Meadville, was bound over to the next term of court on Vernon police charges of one count each of theft by unlawful taking or disposition, criminal conspiracy to commit theft by unlawful taking or disposition, unauthorized use of an automobile or other vehicles and criminal conspiracy to commit unauthorized use of an automobile or other vehicles for an incident between March 16 and 17 and was recommitted to Crawford County jail, Saegertown, in lieu of $30,000 bond.

n Danielle Payer, 26, of Venango, was driving north on North Mosiertown Road in Cussewago Township at 2:38 a.m. May 30 when she lost control of her vehicle, causing it to travel off the road and through a field before striking a tree. Payer was reportedly wearing a seatbelt and sustained minor injuries. Saegertown Volunteer Fire Department assisted Pennsylvania State Police at the scene.
n Someone driving in the parking lot area of a U.S. Highway 322, South Shenango Township restaurant/tavern at 1 a.m. May 30 lost control of his or her vehicle, causing it to strike and damage the front end of a parked vehicle. The driver then fled the scene without reporting the crash and providing information as required by law.

n Someone stole golf flags located at holes 15 and 16 and damaged a pear tree at Hole 16 at a Plank Road, Venango Township golf course sometime between 6 p.m. May 29 and 8:30 a.m. May 30. Anyone with information is asked to call state police at 332-6911.
n Charges are pending against a 14-year-old Hartstown boy after he allegedly stole an unlocked 2003 Chevrolet Tracker from a Liberty Street, West Fallowfield Township location around 7:28 p.m. May 30.
